  • This is a 3-part video tutorial on how I created the Google Spreadsheet I use to manage my Customer Success team.
    In this video, I make the tracker more "glanceable" by adding conditional formatting to automatically color code cells based on the inserted values.

      Thanks, Ana!! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I've used a number of expensive, but feature-rich, Customer Success platforms and none of them have been quite as useful as the one that I built with Google Sheets. Especially when it comes to the ability to reporting.
