    As a CS Leader, you don't find too many tutorials for this (hidden gem). Appreciate the walk through as well as the zoom-in functionality in the video, to hone in on critical steps. Has your dashboard evolved since? Have you thought about rolling this up and weighing certain criterion for a Client Health Score? Great video Joseph!

      Hi David, the short answer is "Yes", my dashboard has evolved tremendously since I created that tutorial. I'm working on a new series to introduce all of the new functionality I've incorporated. Please stay tuned.
