I always see similarities in modern design that very much relate back to the World’s best architect -FLW. Heated floor, laid out in equal pods whether in 4’,6’, or 8ft repeating as a standard. Built to the proper orientation of S to SE exposer, massive overhangs or related structures that shield from the strongest Sunny months. All about bringing the outside in and the inside to out. Minimalist bedrooms. Many uses of horizontal lines.

the house has an 80's vibe to it, so it actually fits...
but if it was to me, i'd rather be using yellow incandescent bulbs.. cause it also fits the vibe, and incandescent bulbs don't emit the dreaded 60hz hum which flourescent lights do... that is why recording studios never use flourescent lights, cause the hum gets recorded into the music

That's the first thing I thought of. This should be illegal. Also, a first I've seen, is the 100 ft long lap pool. Unfortunately it's 25 feet TOO long! Competition pools are either 75 feet long (25 yards) or 50 meters long. If you want to compare yourself to others on time it won't be possible. The other issue is the smell of chlorine when all of the windows are closed. I admire the project but the owner should've consulted me first.
