Absolutely stunning. The only thing with having plants so close to the house is that they bring in all the spiders and insects. So, if this was me, I'd be having a certain clearing between my house and the natural topology of the area.
The only problem with that jungle house is that there doesn't appear to be a helipad, so that you can enter and leave without having to walk through the jungle. Other than that, very safe, as I doubt any burglar would dare venture into the jungle.

When I saw the title I immediately thought of the people in Matmarta in Africa who live in huge dug out holes in the ground . Their centre court is an approximate 30 foot wide circular hole and about 30 foot deep. Off this courtyard they dig out their rooms . From ground level they cannot be seen on the flattened plains until you are nearly upon them . The village was used in the first star wars film . Ironically the number one slot in the countdown was exactly the same concept.
How about unique or hidden or earth homes that real people own or build,...I mean the average person who doesn't have a team of personal bankers holding and counting their billions of dollars in secret offshore wallets
If it's put in solid bedrock it's a death trap the solid rock will transfer a shock put on it like a bomb or a meteor or an earthquake you want it buried in a bunch of rocks about the size of bowling balls it will dissipate in the shock put on it
6:18 this clearly has no physical pictures of it which means the project hasn’t even begun production... JUST concepts. That’s typically how it goes. If there’s not enough initial interest, they won’t even try to complete it.

I was confused when you said the casteel creek home was 3k sq ft but the guest house was 5k. Looked it up and you need to correct the vid because the Casteel house is 30,350 sq ft. Oh, and it's currently for sale for a cool 42M according to its website. Still love the vids though.
That just mashed my swede! Finally got to number one, the most hidden house on the planet.... turns out its in my actual town, genuinely about 800m from where im sat! And Ive never noticed it! 🤣🤣🤣
I'll take Cliff Haven. ;) It's actually the interior which appeals to me most, I'm so bored with what passes for modern these days. But I love the outside too. The High Desert House is awfully tempting to a person of my age and tastes, but I'd feel more at home in Cliff Haven.
Oh, I think the rich and powerful of Arabian cultures have always had a lot of freedom. There used to be a fashion amongst oil sheikhs for trucks which have the appearance of normal trucks but are big enough to contain mansions!
The older man and woman at the house in Utah actually built that house themselves. There are more extensive videos out there that show the inside, and discuss how they built it etc. These are not rich people btw. That particular house was on the market a couple years back, as the couple needed to move closer to town/medical care. The house surrounded by National Forest in Colorado has featured in at least one movie and several books I have read. It's remote, but pretty well known.
A thought on language. The word "unique" means there is only one. "The most unique" means it's uniquer than others - which cannot exist, since there's only one, right? And you cannot refer to more than one house as "unique." Remember, there's only one. All the rest are NOT. They're just special, in their own, unique way. Meaning, each quality that is unique has no peer. Each is singular in it's unique uniqueness.
The information on the 1st 3 and the one in Switzerland is actually inaccurate these are not hidden homes no homes they are actually very well seen by their neighbors I have seen all of them on the actual realtor's list pages. The details of several of these homes are inaccurate the one in Colorado is actually like 20000 ft² or more. The fact that more than half of these are inaccurate and some of them just use generic Footage that aren't actually of the home or of anywhere near the location. This leads me to very much distrusts several of the other listings if he can't even get the ones that I do now accurate.
I've noticed many inaccuracies in there video's. I have mentioned them before but they never respond. all in all I still enjoy the video's, but it's strange how they do not care.
If there is one thing in common with all these places it is "cold sterile showplaces for narcissists". Not a single work of inspirational art on any walls.
Obviously somebody found these houses. They clearly took enough pictures for this video & the location of each is given. So then they aren't hidden now, are they?
This video makes me want to live in a bungalow in Sacramento it should have a couple orange trees in the back yard. I could sit on my porch at night and say hello to the neighbors. I would have neighbors…..
Uuuuhhhhh que bueno que vayamos entendiendo ,que el cambio climatico llego para quedarce, que Dios nos encuentre confesados para los distintos desastres naturales que ya estamos viviendo.
#5 actually reminds me of my country's parliament house & nations capital Canberra (Canbruh). It's actually build into the ground & u an walk over the top of it. It was built that way so it proves the pollies are our servants, working for us so we can look down at them as they look up to us. Also the outskirts of London or England as a whole could never overheat. Their summers are colder then my country's winter, i shit u not
Actually, overheating is a big problem here, because our buildings were built to retain warmth. Most homes, and even public buildings, don't have air conditioning, which means that even a few degrees warmer than usual can become unbearable. The heat just builds up. This summer was absolute torture, because we had record highs and no means of relief. We just don't have the infrastructure to deal with heat waves. So, yes, our summer's may be colder than your winters, but we actually do still overheat here.
Summer's in England have been hitting temperatures of over 34 °C (94 °F) recently. If Australian winters get hotter than that, my God I couldn't even imagine how horrendously hot Ozzy summer's must be...there's is no way English people would be able to cope! lol
Medical supplies, distance to RE etc. I have frequent medical issues so I have to live 0.6 miles from the closest hospital. So I can walk there in an emergency.
See this is the problem with these people with money who do these hidden homes you don’t want a car sitting on top of your house or people would be like why is there a car there you definitely won’t want an elaborate driveway cause that draws attention to that piece of property so they’re not actually hidden
TOTALLY impractical. How do you grocery shop? What if you have a medical emergency? What is there to DO in that kind of isolation? Internet access? Forget it!
You are wrong about the small footprint on these homes, they are bigger in size than normal homes....i guess you failed math cause the bigger number means it is bigger....
i can´t understand rich people. why buy a house that will be empty most of the year and why build a big house when you dont need that much space. it´s a waste of resurses.
Amazing video! However the most stupid one I can see is the rooftop villa in China - even on the rooftop, you still find yourself surrounded by a forest of concrete!😜
#4!??! The only "space" that China is in danger of running out of is space for the construction of new apartments. China has overbuilt for decades as they have based their economic goals on new construction completed, 90% of which is unoccupied .
My hats off to ALL the construction workers/tradies that put so much work into the building of these homes. You are ALL amazing.
it’s all fun and games till there’s an earth quake or sum like that 🤣😫
These houses in tropical jungles are a pain. The insects, lizards, and snakes will be found all the time
1. The 1st house need 1 ton of bug repellant ready
2. The 2nd house need at least 20 body guard to prevent robbery
3. The 3rd house need at least 50 bodyguard and a helicopter to go to town

You do realize that a “hidden house” is a custom build? The majority of ‘real people’ on this planet can barely make their rent payments haha

WHEN YOU SAID UNBELIEVABLE HIDDEN HOMES I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS GOING TO BE LIFESTYLES OF THE RICH AND SNOOTY
I'd say snotty 😂
Broke and mad bro?
Not hidden anymore. Having a house on/in the ocean or sea is great until there is a hurricane.
I like the number 13 2:47 in Colorado, Casteel Creek Retreat.
It's for sale...

I was questioning that too, when he said it. Thanks for the clarification.
That's kind of creepy these hidden homes. Makes me wonder what they are hiding besides the house. Hmmm
... looking if he's turned the oven off while swimming.... unbelievable cool + funny!! 😅

I wish I could “like” your comment multiple times 👍🏽💯.
#8 the Edgeland House is my favorite. My 2nd choice is #3, the High Desert House. Awesome designs.
How they got the materials there is a mystery: not Egyptian architects are they? 🤔
John Kean Its funny you mentioned that... I was thinking the same thing. :-)

That was an interesting video, but the real challenge for us is finding it
That first house in the Brazilian rain forest is nice, until you wake up one day to a spider the size of a cat at the foot of your bed. NO THANK YOU.
The earth will eventually reclaim what is hers . Everytime.

how empty and boring the residents must be to abuse nature as a coulisse to finally "experience" something and/or want to make an impression.

What a beautiful and unique structure!
well, 500k viewers are aware about thoses "secret" homes, so they're not that secret probably.
Floating Seahorse houses are the best.
So many of them were unpractical or had no privacy though, you'd never know if you were getting spied on at night.

Crazy too much money some people dont know what to do with it
I wonder how many birds hit that juniper house every year.
Hidden? Massive lumps of concrete in the trees?
If I could afford a home .I would not hide it.Enjoy planting flowers & vegetables.
12:40 are you incapable of making at least one video without using the same cave man royalty free footage?.🤷♂️🙈
I need one of these hidden homes fast!
Me to I'd take that damn rock house with that pool on top lol
I always wonder how they repel the bug and mosquito in the jungle?
Sandalwood maybe.
Cliff Clavin should live the the Cliff Haven.
A minute silence for all the birds that died flying into the jupinur house
nice but idk if I would wanna live in the forest. I'm just imagining how hot it is or bugs.
Super. 💙 T.E.N.
The first one doesn't blend with the environment; nature doesn't have straight lines!
After that video these homes aren't secret anymore XD. Ps I like that number 15 Jungle home. 😊

Some of these homes seem very isolated do, where do you get the electricity for water pumps, heaters, lights, refrigerated on, etc.?
Medical supplies, distance to RE etc.
I have frequent medical issues so I have to live 0.6 miles from the closest hospital. So I can walk there in an emergency.
Is it just me, or does anybody else get the feeling these structures were mostly designed for someone without a human soul?

Amazing structures and houses. Some of them you would never imagine where they would be - especially the desert one. 😊😊👍👍👍
We have different views of what blending in means. Definitely not these rectangular forms.
half of these arnt built yet they are just concept photos.
