- Brewing with electric power is all the rage these days and BrewHardware's mission dictates that we start problem solving in this area. The biggest challenge with electric brewing is installing heating elements in various vessels without any leak issues or finding a competent welder to install these rather large bulkheads. A secondary issue is providing electrical grounding and splash protection. Other vendors have their solutions, but we believe that ours are a great combination of looks and value pricing.

Nice element enclosure design! It's about time someone came up with a good solution to exposed terminals on heating elements. I've been taping mine for years. Good video.
Just installed a welded configuration, great system well designed.
These components are slick! When I get ready to do my electric build, you can expect a few orders from me!
i like your video // I got the hot pod element for the weldless, just what I needed for my project, thanks!
Great informative vid. Really well done. Thanks for sharing.
Nice job I am doing something similar with a 28 gallon Fusti Tank
I have the threaded type. It's a pain. Can you make a threaded insert that would allow a tri clamp to be used.. twisting the element in with the thick cord iis difficult at best.
There are tri clamp "cover plates" with 1" NPS threaded holes available online from various sources for this very purpose.
I have a hard time finding these online. Do they come with a timer? Also, i havent seen any knobes to fix the heat, so, can i see a better video on using these
Big fan, love products. Is there any plan for offering the surface mount, soldered flang in two inch?
Do you offer a package or "dummy" proof set up with the control box and everything? I have an Ssbrewtech mash tun and I don't really wasn't to drill into it would that matter?
Q:I'd also like to know if this would work on my 20gal comm.plastic boil vessel? I know plastic is not recommended but I am considering all options. Yonny from Copper Kettle Home Brewing in the UK boils in plastic container using a heating element(2 h.e.) config.;has bn for many years. would this ensemble work? Respectfully, Margo
What model number is that element, and what controller do you use?
theose rims where 8$ salt shakers few months back
How much for the dimpling tool? I need one
Why no links to the products?
Bobby-do you sell these devices or not? Is the tri-clover the coupling or the cover? I don't see any lincs to you. Respectfully, Margo
Margo Fr absolutely. Check out brewhardware.com in the electric brewing section.
Thnks for vid Bobby-that helps me anyway.I plan to brew in 20g Rubbrmd Commercial tube so the more economical one would do me just fine. i w/ck the site for pricing.I appreciate your reply to my Q's. Respectfully, Margo
should maybe have links maybe.....
+Andrew Carbines Fair enough, just added a bunch of links to the main info box.
