The BEST Way To Mount Your LIVESCOPE Transducer?!?

Great video as usual. I run a pole mount off the starboard side towards the stern with an LVS34. I run a HB Mega 360 off my Garmin trolling motor so I’m either going to add another pole mount with an LVS34 to the bow OR add one of the electric turret style mounts to the TM shaft. Since the Mega 360 rotates constantly it doesn’t care where the TM is pointed, but as you mention in the video the livescope the way you have it rigged will follow where the motor is pointing. I like the convenience of shaft mounting but as you also mentioned this does NOT work well when you are spot locked in windy conditions. I’m leaning towards the turret mount style simply because it seems like the best of both worlds. Keep up the great work and thanks for your very informative videos.

So you’re just drifting around while sharp shooting with live? I like my spot lock too much when I find a pod of fish. But am looking to add a second livescope ducer to my boat and thinking about putting it on the trolling motor.
