I have seen dozens of off road trailers over the years filming at Overland Expo and SEMA. The all metal trend is impressive but they feel like cold lifeless metal coffins at times. Meanwhile nothing beats the warmth of fine crafted wooden products. Vorsheer seems to be making works of art out of wood for the off road camping crowd.
If you think wood isnt an ideal material for sheltering from the elements...you would be mistaken. I recently saw a 1920's Cris-Craft wooden powerboat in Lake Tahoe. It was 100 years old and still on the water today. Treated varnished wood can last generations.
