Mike Hailwood and Phil Read really gave this machine well deserved wins in 1961, a fiiting conclusion for this aging warrior when production finally ended. Twelve years of production is legacy indeed.
My -59 350 Manx did its last junior TT in -63. Chain broke on 6th lap. DNF. Now it's mechanically ok, runs well but it has some battlescars. Some call it patina.
