Craig. Love the video. Was up there about a year ago and my favorite part was the temporary gun range that Avimor had until the main one was finished. I just wished you would have gone into more detail of the OHV park. Those are my favorite details of all of Avimor. Thanks again.

Eagle schools are a dangerous bus ride over the hill from Avimor to Eagle. Also, there has been a lot of discussion about fire and ambulance services out there. Avimor crosses county lines and city services are in question in some of the counties due to the fact only one highway services the area from Ada county where Boise is located. Some of the land is in Boise County which has NO access to the area except through Ada county. Proposals of extra homeowner's fees have been discussed for homes built outside of Ada county. Ambulance service from the Treasure Valley takes longer and could make a difference between life and death in an emergency. It is certainly something to be investigated before locating there. So far all of the homes in Avimor have been constructed in Ada County only. The land spans Boise and Gem Counties as well.

Does homes there have fence? I'm coming in March to look for a home but Legacy disappointed me because no fence and I need fence for my dog. Any community with fence ? Thanks!

Yes, northern and southern Idaho are very different. Especially Avimor as it's on the outskirts of town in the hills. Are you considering a move to Idaho?

I'm glad you're enjoying the videos, and I'm sure we'll connect one of these days. Regarding Avimor, it's important to note that residents can't have animals like horses and chickens on the property. However, many people take advantage of the access Avimor provides to go on horseback rides. A significant number of equestrians live at and love Avimor, but they must find off-site locations to stable their horses. Avimor aims to keep the land free and open, and creating spaces to accommodate horses would consume much of the land they want to preserve. Is this information helpful?

Anything in the 225k range? With Idaho's median salary....that's all anyone can afford....especially with these high interest rates. I don't understand where all this money comes from. The older generation has made it so the younger generation will be renters forever and barely scrape by at that. If you don't have old money or owned a home for a few decades in a city that appreciated you have no chance.
Nothing in this area at the moment in 225k price range. The older generation doesn't set the prices for homes. What the current buyers are willing to pay set the prices. I've helped people get into their first home, there is planning involved, you do have to live on less than you make, save, etc. It's not easy and not everyone will do it.
