- MCTS Driver Duane Butler was driving his Route 27 early in the morning on the Fourth of July when he noticed a little boy standing all alone. Duane's alert reaction paid off. The boy was lost but got home safely thanks to Duane.
Another example of MCTS Excellence
Thank you MCTS for recognizing Duanes act of kindness and rewarding him for it, instead of doing what so many other companies are doing nowadays and punishing their workers for going above and beyond. This shows a lot heart and character for MCTS.
To all who helped this little one - many many thanks. Your kindness and willingness to help is an example to all. Hope little one was returned to safe environment. Blessings to all.❤❤❤
Bless that driver for stopping👼💖
Thank you Duane. And thank you MCTS for recognizing your drivers. Your corporate culture encourages these acts of kindness.
Yet another bus driver to the rescue. Bravo sir!
there seems to be a lot of great bus drivers in Milwaukee.... 💖
Love videos like these. :) Awesome job by your bus driver and his passanger!
Good looking out, lot of caring people, in our country , Bless you Mr. Duane Butler...
What a great man. Good work and God bless.
I love to watch the bus drivers saving babies videos.
That bus driver is his guardian angel! ❤️
Aww! You can tell the boy is well taken care of but naughty for going outside by himself!
👏👏 to all that helped him home
Well done, well spotted!!
BE LIKE DUANE!
Superb, ending,it could have been a very scary and chilling outcome if a psycho picked him up
Milwaukees finest! Great job Mr. Butler! What do they find a child a day wandering the streets of the city. I know beer is good but it ain't that dang good 😂🤪🤣!
I think some sort of alarm on the doors would be helpful for this family!
We had a child like that. We had double locks and still daren't take our eyes off him.
How on earth does a two year old leave without anyone noticing? Lock the doors, people.
As a retired Police officer I can tell you that while not common it does happen. The scariest is in the dead of winter.
My 18 month old grandson dragged a footstool to the door, climbed on,and was in the process of unlocking the door when I heard him.. They are cunning and smart.
I've had toddlers, no one tried to escape or wandered down a street alone. They are clever, but parents intercept them before they injure themselves. It's our job.
@@jessestam then you were lucky. 2 year olds are notorious for escaping, they are fast and cunning escape artists. At some stage, you'll want to use the toilet,do the washing, make the bed, take the other kid to the toilet, change the babies nappy. They seize the opportunity and are gone. No one can watch a kid for 24 hrs a day.
@@jessestam cool story, you don't know what other people have to deal with. Their only jobs unfortunately can't be just their kids.
This is so weird, so many videos of bus drivers and lost children
Bravo à ce monsieur chauffeur de bus,il a peut étre sauver la vie de cet enfant.Bonjour de France.
Bien hecho!!

Thank goodness it's not until about 6th grade his black friends will teach him to hate cops.
That's more than MCTS excellence. That's human excellence. I know for sure that this man would have done the same thing regardless of who he worked for or what else he was doing.
Daaam...what a cool guy! And, unfortunately lots of Milwaukee parents suck!!!
Is there a version without the pointless annoying music?
