Yes, my favorite mode is back.
Team battle 3v3s are the competitive standard in BT3 so I’m so excited to know that it will return in SZ.
Meh, nothing special.
It would be something if Tag Team mode from Tenkaichi Tag Team came back.
Thus far they're doing the bare minimum of expectations.

I want a Tournament of Power stage where it restricts your ability to fly or burst dash, kinda like how the regular tournament stage tweaks movement and has ring outs. Could be really fun for specialty battles!
Probably options for other special rulings like Storm tournaments
Don't they need to add running and dash animations for that

They rarely consider or have respect for the manga material. That's why dokkan battle and DB legends still don't have perfected ssjb goku, moro, granolah, or UE vegeta. They never appeared in the anime at all and aren't going to since Daima is toei's next project. They never confirmed the DBS anime would be returning
@@lapplandkun9273 won't be the 1st or last show to do something like this. I just love dragon Ball regardless who's working on it. Don't care for Canon or exclusive because I always see it as a different multiverse anyways. Most of the characters are not the same as the original anways
2:24 its not filler. Dragon ball super anime actually aired before the manga and a both drastic divergents from one another. They are practically two different series with some common similarities.

Actually he is right there. He wasn't saying Kale controlled was the "filler" form. He was talking about golden hair super saiyan kale, which he is incorrectly assuming will be in the game because of the image of Kale having a weird yellow tint on it.

I think at summers game fest they will announce more then just 10 characters. I have no evidence of this but i just feel like a big trailer with a bunch of new characters and a release date makes sense
yes that is what i been saying they will show the story mode showing lots of characters like full power jiren and ui goku plus the release date.

Which is still so odd to me because it’s one of the Rawest Forms of Goku that was introduced. Heck I don’t care if I angered any Manga stands. BLUE KAIOKEN IS WAY COOLER THEN ‘MASTERED BLUE’! Or Perfect Blue. Control Blue whatever the y’all want to call it in the manga.

He uses a technique similar to kaioken where he pours all his ki out at once, its only difference to kaioken is that there is no mastering it, so goku never used kaioken ever again after getting super saiyan
@@amf_phoenix135no it’s not first of all it’s called Blue Kaioken in every official source of media and secondly perfected blue has no aura and they make a big point of that.

Both Caulifla and Kale are in Super Saiyan 2.
Caulifla's hair gets more spiky in SS2, while her SS1 hair is just recolor.
Kale's hair actually gets less spiky and slightly longer when she's in SS2 compared to SS1. (SS2 is after she controls the Berserk form for the second time in episode 114). The color is not consistent, in some games it's more green, it others more yellow.
While expected, it is nice to see them finally. It's been a long time since we could fuse during a fight in a DBZ game.
It's a bit confusing, but I believe that Kale form is her SSJ2. Her SSJ form seems to have 1 hair band in the front up. I think the color of the hair knight be a lighting thing because her hair is pretty identical color wise in all super forms
There's no 'anime only' for DBS. DBS was anime first with the manga being an adaptation until Toyotaro got the permission to do his own thing, which mean both version are 'the true version' so to speak.

I'm glad we're getting consistent character reveals. Don't personally care about these specific characters but it's nice to get them out of the way.

The game is coming out this year. They already said that. It might get delayed. But holiday 2024 is most likely is when it comes out.
@Globku, the community should know this by now, but the character selection screen spots after every trailer have been random the whole time. They're not the actual confirmed spots for the selection screen, I hope that's become obvious for most of the community. The final confirmed character screen will be revealed once we get the actual main menu gameplay in another trailer later or once Sparking Zero is officially released to the public. If the recent revealed fusion characters are away from the others, then that's when you know it's random on purpose
He knows this and already said this before actually. He actually doing this just to make content out of it. Kinda over doing it but I respect his hustle tho

I'm waiting for them after it nearly fills to have all the extra forms hidden under the base form to reveal there are more open slots but that is just my cope theory.

Seeing this, that extra transformation counter might’ve been for fusion, despite the fact that it was a 1v1 so the actual fusion transformation was probably locked but still able to earn that extra transformation count

the kale yellow ssj hair might be to make the "new" legendary ssj more consistent (like db super broly having a yellow hair super saiyan, and a full power super saiyan (green)
Kefla has 2 transformations, not one. She uses both super saiyan and super saiyan 2 in the series

Me andnmy best friend are gonna fight the way we did all those years ago on the ps2. 5 characters full HP no time limit. Ki blasts from across the map have to be responded to with a beam clash.
I'm pretty sure you're over thinking Kale and Caulifa's transformations. I'm pretty sure they're just Transformations and not holding extra slots.. The only one is berserk kale.
I think they are going Yellow hair because of Broly movie. Broly had yellow hair and Kale is basically the same thing. At least thats how im understanding it.

Kale was created by Toei Animation, none of her transformations are filler, the whole character looks like a filler character lol.
Something not being in the DB Super manga doesn't mean it's not canon, the anime wasn't based on the manga, it was based on Toriyama's story drafts, the same ones he would send to Toyotaro to write the DBS manga.
You see the funny thing about super is came out before the manga so also if your being technical green hair broly is movie only so...
I wonder for fusions that do they implement a succeed/fail commands system that if you fail at the fusion, then you would turn into either Fat Gotenks or Veku, and if you get the commands right, then you would turn into Gogeta or Gotenks. I am just asking the question if they will put failure fusions in the game? I suggested this to Bandai Namco and I want to see if they added that feature to fusions.

The anime and manga are technically both canon. The kale transformation is 100% canon as the anime released before the manga. No filler in the anime technically

I’d love that too, but if the theory of fusions being between the component characters is true, then the previous trailer debunked Tiencha at least by putting Videl in between Tien and Yamcha. Then Buu being between Goku and Hercule makes that one seem unlikely as well.

both. It has always worked like that in the past BT games. No reason they're going to change it for one to be alive and the other dead since it wouldn't make any sense

The super ANIME is the real cannon. Not the manga. This has been a thing for forever.
Nope. Manga has also always been part of the franchise. Toriyama directly worked with Toyotaro for it. It being a promotional material for the anime, which is overrated, doesn't change it being an official piece of Dragon ball franchise when it did its own arcs and stories vastly different

i dont think anime only is really a thing when it comes to dragon ball super, it was made before the manga so its more questionable if the manga is canon. were def not getting any moro characters for that reason. games typically follow the anime over the manga too so its ok.

Kinda wish we could get Teen Gotenks/Trunks/Goten. I really liked their updated designs in Superhero and was massively disappointed when they only fused into fat Gotenks.
Also, had the manga passed the anime by the time of the ToP? Cause the anime came first so why is it suddenly considered not Canon? I realize that the manga continued after the anime stopped but still, it's just confusing
The manga has always been part of the franchise. It gone ahead of the anime because Toei directly stopped it after the TOP while Toyotaro was able to continue writing it due to working alongside Toriyama. Both are part of DBS, they just have their own separate arcs and stories. No one is saying the anime isn't canon

because by that logic we would remove alot of important part like blue Kaioken and the u7 spirit bomb they should also remove ssj2 for caulifla,Corrupted Zamasu and full powe ssj Broly who isnt canon to the manga

The closest to Actual canon are toriyama's bulletpoints and they too short to have a game following only those

I hope they finally added the concept mechanic of it consuming both characters rather then being stand alone. It makes so much more sense that way and would also make the foresight necessary for winning battles way better. Even if it’s like you only get one fusion character per match/one consumable potara per match for let’s say 30-45 seconds.
Otherwise, I can see it now and it’s legit gonna be the worst meta ever. TK3 Kid buu levels of frustration, but team wise lol.
SSBGogeta, SSBVegito, LSAwakenedBroly, SS4Gogeta and SS3Gotenks. Give or take Beast Gohan, Orange Piccolo as variables lol. Fun but damn is this gonna be crazy. 😂
