In developed countries like Germany this is crime and it is medical confidential record. So as a advocate you also responsible for this and you can be brought to Justice if you are in Germany. 2) Second thing, Erectile dysfunction is very common in males, now a days you have lots of investigation and treatment for this. Definitely the doctors in Germany would have explained to these couple. For my point, I think the girl don't want to stay in Germany and she wants to come back India. First of all I would like to ask this advocate some of the following questions.
1) How a person can bring the medical record of someone without his or her consent. In developed countries like Germany this is crime and it is medical confidential record. So as a advocate you also responsible for this and you can be brought to Justice if you are in Germany.
2) Second thing, Erectile dysfunction is very common in males, now a days you have lots of investigation and treatment for this. Definitely the doctors in Germany would have explained to these couple.
