I pulled my 2019 Ruckus all apart and upgraded everything with only 22 total miles on it. Sitting in storage now and will be doing MET gears in the Spring as well as ScooterSwapShops upgraded Carb. Nice to see you back to the OG Ruckus videos.

Hi Ceasar I do not have Ruckus but my bike those have CVT the first owner told never check it! Miles on it 003708 & 13 years old when I purchased it in March 2019! Took the housing apart the clutch got color blue like got very hot & belt crack & wore down the variator was wore down were belt & rolls flat down two side & full brake dust & dirt! I was surprised how clean it was for a thousand plus miles. Ive ridden less miles and had it covered in dust.

I have a 2014 black Ruck, super clean... just did a coolant/ oil/ spark plug and belt change at 1200 miles. Have a Yoshimura Carbon stage 2 kit from TRS. Question: what Dr. Pulley slider weight gram do you recommend for a rider that weighs 210lbs? I think I have 6.5 gram and only getting 38 mph. Thanks in advance.

5 gram and/or 5.5 Sliders are a great starting point. Check your tire pressure too. Make sure it's at about 36-38 psi in both. Which CDI do you have? I'm using Rolling Wrenchs CDI and coil combo.

@@michaelc5019 awesome 👌, thanks for the tips. I have an NCY cdi, NCY variator, drow sports clutch with yellow spring and cooling bell, also only run non ethanol.

@@fisher5413 / As long as all your wiring on your CDI is good, those slider weights should help. Get a tachometer to make sure your RPMs are within the threshold for more MPH. Check your Clutch Bell for glazing and clutch material for the same. All great places to start for more MPH. Go ninja tuck too for max top speed. Itll never be as fast sitting up as it is when your tucking but you can tune a decent sitting up mph average by starting at those areas I pointed out
