Thanks for this video, we Apatani really needed this video since long time, world should know the actual reason behind the nose plugs and face tattoos.
Thankyou for digging a real and deeper story behind the Apatani tattoos...I was really hurted by pseudos spreading wrong concept of our tattoos. rather I know Apatanis were able to bring a better civilization and defence tactics than neighbours before foreigners arrived. So it was not needed to do such cowardly acts to defend our women and fact is Apatani males also had tattoos on their face. Thank you for digging a history behind it....I m satisfied to heard that it was practiced since before migration. And I m proud of my tribe that in a northeast history book of first semester B.A Apatani is only tribe mentioned as civilization from our clann, also had international and national relation with neighbours rather than rading on plain people....❤️
