Exactly, my parents were both hidden child survivors, they both passed away only recently, but thankfully before October 7 . My grandparents suffered that much they did not want to talk about it at all. I think all Europeans besides the British, but those who lived in countries that were occupied by the Nazi's sadly had completely different experiences during the war, something the Brits could never understand really.
