This is so, so amazing. I'm on my 5th watch and it just gets better. So very spot on. The bit in the middle with Natasha and Peggy is the best and you should be incredibly proud of that shot with Nat's little lighting pucks matched to the tap dancing. Pure Genius.
One thing I only recently realized through watching this was how three-dimensional Natasha's fighting style is, unlike any of the other Avengers. You so capture and bring that out here-thank you for helping me see it, with the power of your editing.
My gawd--the timing, the clip choices, the pace, the music--PERFECTION. Others have noted the moment with Iron Man pushing the scene to the side and the electricity/tap-dancing combo as favorite bits, and for good reason! Everything about this is amazing.
omg, this amazing video!! love love the fast music and the fast imagery, some paused for emphasis like the black widow sequence - i especially love the shots where iron man is pushing the screen across or hulk is punching the screen away!
I can't stop watching this vid! Your cuts are brilliant, the timing amazes me, and stop/comics call back to the films in all the right places. Also: Peggy and Black Widow rock. Thank you!
I have loved your vids for years. This is awesome! I love the way you spliced everything together, especially the scene where Iron Man is pushing metal and it looks like he's pushing the other half of the scene out of view.
WHAT. Holy expletive, this is one of the coolest things I have ever seen! You've done an amazing job with the transitions and their comic-like feel. I LOVE how various characters bat and push and slam the borders around. Seriously, this is just phenomenal from the first second to the last. It's almost unbelievable that this isn't an official promo for the MCU!
Neri Danvers Three video tracks only, pretty much! Plus the track mattes - a layer per v-track. I posted my timeline on my tumblr and you can see it's just three blade cut v tracks with a track matte each (luma mattes) for the reveals. I had done a lot of layerspace camera moves for the transitions in AE but I just couldn't render it - my laptop graphics card melted in the end - so this is just 3 video tracks stacked up in Premiere.
@@limvids Just thought you should know that you are a GIFT to the MCU, and this remains one of my all-time fave fanvids. Fun and fantastic tribute to the MCU. You're awesome.
+MARVELous, You've turned off replies so I'm just putting this here instead: I made this in Adobe Premiere, but you could do this in most any non-linear editing programme as it is all just hard cut with the razor tool, and the wipes I made myself as track mattes (just with a white solid keyframed over a black solid).
Ten years and three fandoms later but I still come back to rewatch this a lot and remember the MCU vibes. One of the best fanvids ever made!
And here we have it, folks, the greatest advertisement for the Marvel Universe in 3 minutes, 41 seconds.
And this ladies and gentlemen is... PURE PERFECTION

WOW WOW WOW!!! I am seriously blown away by the editing job on this. How did you even do this!? Amazing!
OMFG. That was *awesome*, truly just amazing, and so *perfectly* on the beat, WOW. I love the extended 'chicks kicking ass' bit, especially. Whooo!
This is frankly one of the best videos I've ever seen. The music and editing are so on point, I love the energy and humor!!

I'm just here in awe and questioning how many layers you had to use like damn this is amazing

Awesome beyond words!
Just stumbled across this and I'm in amaze!!! I was wondering what editing program you use?
Sooo much skill, how long did it take you to finish?
Oh I don't remember, hm. A while! I made this in summer of '14 along with Expo and Time.
This is fucking amazing! O.O Oh my god!
Amazing.
I am in AWE.

Technically well done. I just hate the music. It's redundant. I couldn't watch even a quarter of this.
