Also when I went to render this video these little grid-type-effects/glitches would appear on certain clips, and in my actual file there was no such thing. I tried rendering it over, and over but they remained there, so I'm truly sorry for that. On the other hand since it typically happens on the fast edited parts it sort of looks like an added effect...sort of lmao!

I hope you read this, the "grid type effects" you are getting, you can take it off by right clicking the clip in the video track go to properties then disable re sampling.(*note you have to do it for all clips unless you do it before editing and cutting*) Hope this helps, Great video! I use Sony Vegas 13 so hopefully its not too different.
