Hi, I didn't make the video, but since the author hasn't answered for 5 months... The most widely used software for editing videos is Final Cut and you can get the footage from either dvds/blu-rays (and then you have to extract the video on your computer using a "ripper" software and then convert the material to mp4) OR you download it illegally from the internet (lighter, in high quality and mp4).
