I'm looking to relocate to Atlanta sometime next year. Peachtree City seems to be my pace. I'm 54 and can't deal with any type of foolishness. Thank you for this video.
I want Peachtree City without the high costs
I have to move there to be closer to Columbus for work, my biggest concern is diversity I have three small children and I can't bare the thought of them experiencing racism. I'm getting mixed reviews when it come to Peachtree and Newnan.
I just had this convo with my husband because he wants to leave Maryland to go down there. And I told him my biggest concerns is racism. Luckily I work from home and can move anywhere in the country but down south isn't my first choice.
I know exactly what you mean.
Having grown up in Harlem and being White, I definitely experienced Racism.
With that said, I feel that in the end, it made me a much more Resilient Adult 😉
We lived in PTC back in the early 90’s. Loved our neighborhood and our home and of course getting everywhere on our golf cart! The city has grown & changed so much.
I spent Thanksgiving there with my family. It us so beautiful during the holidays at night. I can't wait to go back.

Thanks. Honestly when it comes to more land in PTC it’s really hit or miss, no defined area. Most communities in PTC are HOA unless you look for homes built prior to 1990 and there you may find some that are not in an HOA however, there are no definite areas in PTC with less to no HOA.
Is Peachtree City worth it, compared to neighboring cities like Newnan and Sharpsburg? Feel like your money goes much further in other southern suburbs. We’re relocating next year and appreciate all your videos!

Peachtree city is really worth it. It’s very exclusive and chic. It shares all of the amenities of Fayette, newnan, Tyrone etc. Golf carts are a staple of the community. Everyone has one and the trails for the carts are allllll over the place. Adults, teens, elderly, babies all ride in the carts. It’s a sweet town albeit pricey. If you’ve got the money 💰 DO IT! 😍
Yes, it’s The Bubble! All exclusive, unique, safe, good school district and family friendly. I’ve been here over 20 years and no city in state of GA can compete….. you Don’t need to drive your car… drive your golf cart…. Parks, lakes, fun outdoor activities, unity in the community, beautification and peaceful. Peachtree City is known as retire community that’s also family friendly… it has grown a lot since I first landed here..the surrounding cities Don’t compare…..

It’s a lot more diverse now than 18 years ago. Good luck! There is no more land left in PTC…. Yes, there is alway room and commercial space to new biz owners…
How far is the nearest large mall and grocery store?
We have a lot of Urgent Cares that are quiet good! We are a Golf Cart Community. He did not even tell you. Students in high school drive golf carts to school. Every housing area has a golf cart trail that leads you to a shopping area. There are rules and regulations to follow if you live in PTC. They have paid code people to see that rules are being followed.
