As a black woman there is so much trauma in our lives. People look at us and wonder why we put up shields, or why we don’t trust people or why sometimes we are overly nice to people who treats us bad. It stems from childhood trauma. I am crying so bad because hurt is so real

People always think they’re gonna do the right thing in a situation that they’ve never been in. We need to stop judging people. Everyone are individuals we have not carbon copies of one another. You never know what trauma a person is dealing with.

I was a substitute teacher and when I tell you the things I have said to students to keep them going! Being observant and caring. So I'm happy that substitute teacher was there for her. I don't blame her because her mama should've busted that door down!! I'm so glad of the outcome. They will be the best of friends and sisters!!! ❤❤❤😍😍😍
The door would of come tumbling...but everyone is not that courageous. I don't understand it but I know it doesn't mean she didn't love that child. I think she was scared and believed the woman who answered the door and lied. However once she was truly found the mother should of put in way more effort to stay in touch and provide the healing and bond that daughter needed.

I am so thrilled that these beautiful ladies can finally love on each other & know that they are sisters no matter what. The mother clearly chose not to be present. She could have traveled on the bus,as the daughter offered that option to her. The mother is more concerned about her image. I can only hope that people will stop calling their siblings half siblings. GOD made us & HE doesn't see us as half anything, he sees us as a whole person. This touches my heart because my mom had 8 kids...3 kids before she met & married my dad. Then she had 5 with my dad...I have NEVER & will NEVER look at my siblings as half anything....moreso we are all from ONE WOMB .❤

Very sad situation. I’m glad they got the answers they need. The Mohawk sister is justified in her feelings towards her mother, seems like she sacrificed her to be left alone.. she is justified in her frustrations about her mother and I pray for her healing.

I'm sorry, but her father took his child. That wasn't a kidnapping. Fathers have the same rights to their children as the mothers do. But that will never be talked about on this show.

😢😢😢 i swear this me just like this my biological father is living and when I tried to get to know him i didnt work i have a 9lder sister and she messy as hell the just a like he dont even know my kids ,so recently he invited out to eat with him and my older sister and i swear this man didn't say shit i wanted to hear actually he didn't say shit no apology for not coming around after my MOM died i even meet teo younger sister and one look like me but he dont like me but i had an AWESOME ASS BONUS DAD that LOVED me and my KIDS 😞😃
