When i hit scan nothing came up, have ATT DIRECT STREAM . Once I signed my rep wont return my calls.

How to i updated the wifi with the old control modern that is not touch screen?
I would like to know this as well. My app is telling me to configure my Wi-Fi but ADT refused to put in a touchscreen when I signed up with them in 2019 so all I have are the keypads.
I followed your steps; however, when I got to SCAN, my WiFi name doesn't populate. I changed my password this morning and don't know why the WiFi name disappeared. I've been on the phone & virtual assistance and all I got was, unscrew the AC power pack in the wall, which I did Then unscrew screws on the control panel, which consisted of ONE screw that I could reach. Now I'm on the waiting AGAIN for help. Oh, my house is "smart" throughout and ADT is the only I am having issues with since the password change.
Mine never finds any networks. It's a horrible pos and they want to charge me like 300 to come look at fixing it. I genuinely hate ADT. These devices are garbage.
How do you pair it if it can't find network?
What to do when those icons don't pop up on the screen after hitting tools and putting the code in?

My father in law's system does not have his WiFi and when I scan it still doesn't come up. The router is maybe 15 feet from the panel. Checked router and it is working just fine at 685mb/s. Thoughts on why I can not get it to show up? I also tried manually entering the SSID. Nothing . Help!!!! 🙂
Yeah mine doesn’t do that. It says trying to connect and just doesn’t. Here’s a bit of advice for making a how to video: Actually show how to do something. Don’t already have done it and then skip about a quarter of the last steps.

Why when I hit tools and key in my password it just go back to the main screen those options aren't popping up.
Because your not entering the right code if it brings you back to the home screen it has to be the master code

The 4 digit code you would use to arm your system it’s the main code .
Exactly why I came to this video. Same thing for me, and when I type in the code it goes back to the Home Screen.
