  • Here we have the BONUS FOOTAGE from "Mercedes Bus Overtakes Mercedes Car" all piled up into a nice compilation. These kickdowns were just too good to not share with you all!
The fleet number and registration plate of this bus has been covered up for the protection and the classified identity of the driver.
    Enjoy!

I liked driving these buses, Easy to drive, Good driving position, Never had one break down on me and that's saying something with the amount of mileage on them, a older bendy had 800 000 miles on the clock, but overall good buses..
In London the ridged version is still in service on a couple of routes, I personally driven the bendys and ridged at Stansted airport in service. Good buses..

Most late 1990s Citaros have awesome loud ZF.

No all of them came delivered with kickdown, but two have been disabled, bus 86 and 87 have had their kickdowns disabled during engine work.

I don't know much about Citaros but this one sounds decent enough.

If you want PROPER Citaro footage, visit my mate *****'s channel, look for his video of a bendy Citaro with the fleet number of 6013, it's scary how fast it is.

I mostly watch his B7TL and Trident videos but if Citaros are your thing, then I'll look for that Citaro.
