    10:26 the moment when Bhat sir turned into God Mode. Describing how to eat Rasam Sadham. Love you sir, I never worried about other in any wedding while I’m eating rasam sadham, I do all the acrobat to prevent rasam from running away from the leaf.
    We construct circular dam with hot rice and fill the rice dam with rasam and will make a scoop of frozen ghee to float upon. Heaven ya

It’s 9 years love and 4 years marriage together in 13 years I have made more than 50 different dish for my wife which include Indian (South and North Indian), Italian, Chinese and Mexican off all that my wife said Avi this potato fry is so delicious, I said thanks to Bhat sir.     Mostly, your recipes are the only attraction, and definitely, your recipes which give details of various chefs/assistant masters at Durga Lunch Home. Those are the real gems. It is as if we are on hallowed grounds. To see your father in one of the episodes was a gem. So many things can be learnt in life just by observing successful people.     Sir as you said we know all these dishes yet we learn few trade techniques with your versatile experience n very happy tht you are coming forward to teach us without holding it. For eg. Sir I hve been making ghee for almost 40 yrs from butter but never had such Aroma from the ghee made from your teaching.
