Thank you for such an honest in depth review. I am a big fan of this brand and have been on the fence about this bag (and what colour to get) for months. In your opinion would this bag work with ‘dusty’ colours like lavender, cornflour blue and sage green? I like this camel colour but in other videos it can come across as very orange (which wouldn’t suit my wardrobe). The colour of it in your video is muted and looks nice. I have black, taupe and chalk coloured bags from Polene in other styles which I love, (especially the chalk in summer). If you could possibly help me out that would be much appreciated, thank you!
Hi, I totally get you. I was going back and forth on the color for months as well. LOL I am soo obsessed with their "chalky" color too. I definitely think thats my next option. So the one that I have is the Camel textured leather which can definitely pull a little "orangy" sometimes. So I think the Camel textured leather one would suit your color palette better. It pulls a lot more nude undertones. Hope this helps out in your decision making. 🤗

Hi, this one is the grained Camel color 🙂 I did not try but I probably wouldnt recommend it because it will take up most of the space in the bottom making it diff to fit much more as the bag synches in with the ‘triangle’ style. Hope this helps.
Hi, the camel has a richer orangy undertone. They are both great neutrals, but the than leans more to the nude side. The strap is adjustable but not removable. Hope this helps. 🙂
@@mrsleyva thanks for your follow up on this, no I didn’t see any quality issues, bag was too small for my height so same day i have received it, I contacted Polene and asked them how can I return it. They have to approve your request first, then next day I posted it back from london to Spain it’s almost a month, bag got stuck at the customs clearance and they didn’t want to get involved until I told them that I open a dispute. Delivery shouldn’t not take almost 1 month and even when they receive bag they will wait and will not refund another 15 days to inspect bag. Also they charge for posting item bag. Please be aware of all this before buying. If you happy with bag it’s good but if it doesn’t suit your style it’s very very hard to return and if online ordering I won’t take any risks with them again

I just received the number seven and it’s beautiful but much smaller than expected. Return shipping cost is not worth it.

Received my bag to the UK with damage to the corners and a mark on the front. They are ignoring my emails. Awful customer service.
