Haha, big time! Many thanks for the mention 👊
Squint take offs are when you hit a jump wrong either by weighting the bike unevenly, slipping on the take off or just plain messing up your technique. You immediately go squint or “off angle” in the air like a crooked dead sailor. If you land back wheel first usually this often ends up with a crash. Land 2 wheels same time it’s not pretty but you can save it. But if you get that front wheel down you can steer it back in line like there was no issue in the first place. Rad vid dude 👌
Hi
Super dig this format! Lots of great info.
Now excuse me while I go practice scraping dog poo off my shoe.
Haha, I hope you have crappy time! 😂
Absolutely. More videos like this would be excellent. Thanks Phil!
I've got a buddy who's just now starting to like jumps and drops. I've been trying to explain techniques, many learned from your prior videos, to him but he saw a few of your videos and agrees with me that you do a much more eloquent job of explaining them. Keep it up bro!
Thanks Phil, its nice to get detailed videos like this. You have a way of teaching that is amazing. Thanks for sharing 🤘😄

You were the 1st channel I watched to revisit jumping my Big Hit last summer 2017. Love the video. Great format and add it, for sure.
Your videos have helped a ton with my skills progression, and these past 2 videos about jumps have allowed me to dial in my jump technique at the bike park so much. Keep doing what you're doing man! Looking forward to more content!
