MUSEUM OF ISLAMIC ART - DOHA QATAR

The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) is one of the best places to visit in Qatar as the museum was influenced by ancient Islamic Architecture yet has a uniquely modern design involving geometric patterns. It is the first of its kind to feature over 14 centuries of Islamic art in the Arab state of the Persian Gulf. MIA is one of the most popular museums in Doha due to its elegant architectural exterior and interior design and it is one of the perfect places to visit for photoshoots whether for portrait or landscape.
The Museum of Islamic Art represents Islamic art from three continents over 1,400 years. MIA’s masterpieces come from diverse societies, both secular and spiritual. Pieces in the collection are all connected by Islam, but many are non-religious in nature.
Qatar is currently on the 2nd stage of Phase 4 of the gradual lifting of Covid-19 restrictions.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, booking of tickets needs to be done online. You may book your ticket by visiting the Museum of Islamic Art's official website:

**Tickets are free of charge for residences and nationals**
Please make sure that you are wearing your facemask before entering the Museum and your Ehteraz status is on gree (healthy).
The Museum is open from Sundays to Saturdays from 9AM to 7PM.
Every Fridays from 1:30PM to 7PM
