  • The new localization industry publication A Globalization Strategy Playbook (published in October 2021) presents many best practices and a full spectrum of global ecosystem thinking from prominent international enterprises. Authored by seasoned global and localization leaders, the Playbook is the first work of its kind. The Playbook provides both strategic globalization direction and examples for the enterprise buyer market. It focuses on key techniques for success in building a solid enterprise-level global operational and business foundation. This talk will highlight topics from the book covering selected global strategy concepts, stakeholder engagement, and metrics.
The speakers, Melissa Biggs and Lyena Solomon, were among the group of localization management authors of A Globalization Strategy Playbook.
We encourage the attendees at this talk to download and read the Globalization Strategy Playbook prior to the meeting: github.com/GIL...
