This recipe is amazing! Like it's sometimes really hard to find easy but eggless recipes and he offers some varieties of eggless recipes. I made these cookies and they were sooooooooooo good. @@ShreyaVitalapuram don't worry the flaxseeds don't really add any taste but they do affect the overall texture of the cookie just a little bit, and yup I used the exact same measurements as mentioned in the video.

I made these today. Replaced quarter of sugar with maple syrup as I didn't have flaxseed for eggless version. My 4 year old fussy eater gobbled up three of these with a glass of milk! And when guests arrived in the evening their kids ate two each and wanted more! Thanks a lot 👍
OMG this taste freaking good and this must be the third or forth recipe i tried from his channel. I just wanted to say this recipe is totally recommended and if your family include any old people it would be better if you reduce the amount of white sugar yet this is the most tasty cookie i ever baked ❤❤

Hey Shivesh! Quick question. How do you make your chocolate melt in the oven. I use Morde dark chocolate compound in the recipes and it remains solid on the cookies even after baking. I love the melted chocolate top in cookies but i have no idea how to make that happen. I am in love with your recipes, so well crafted in every way possible. You have done a wonderful job in all and continue to do so everytime. Keep it up ❤️❤️
Use real chocolate like Amul dark chocolate or lindt or even cadbury.. Compound will not melt because its not a real chocolate its made up of oils & cocoa powder.
I tried this and it turns out very yummy. Only mistake I did, kept the cookie dough too much for one cookies and it did not baked properly but for next set kept it small postion because dough will flatten so much and it baked perfectly in 11minutes.

I tried making these cookies . There are certain things i wanted to ask - 1. I made them in microwave on confection mode . Are there any changes related to temperature or timings that had to be done to get those perfect cookies ? 2. Used flax eggs instead of egg , the cookies had an after taste of flax seeds , it is okay to have that ? 3. The cookies are very soft even after they've cooled down . What could be the reason for that ?
all of your issues are because you made them in a microwave... they're cookies - they need a certain heat. microwaves cook very differently and cannot be changed into a mini oven by a mode or settings. you will not get the same results making a recipe meant to be made in an oven with a microwave, especially cookies, plain and simple. try an oven like required or look up a recipe for a cast iron skillet giant cookie if you have no oven. or try a microwave mug cake to get your chocolate fix.

corn starch. helps soften the dough a tiny bit and offers a chewy consistency
