SMW Hack - Cool Or Cruel (C | C) Stage 10 - - Exit - (part 1)

- Well, it's over one year..
Not as difficult as Stage 9. Muncherless and refined stage.
This stage consists of several rooms, like the boss stage of Kaizo Mario World.
Cool or Cruel is concluded with Happy ending.. But wait. part 1?
Have fun. Makjang quality!

I wish this gets released someday.
Or better yet, a all-in-one rom of Cool or Cruel containing stages 1 to 11 with improved level design. (WP wanted to do something like that in 2013, as seen on his SMWC page.)
While I like WATCHING Kaizo videos, it would be fun to:
1. Watch the TAS videos
2. See the secret exit path, leading to Luigi unlocking the cool world (Gnarly, Tubular, etc) for Mario.
3. Hear all the 19 songs created for this stage (WP has only released 12 or so on his website)

This is easily the most creative kaizo level I've seen, and one of the most creative out of all the levels I've seen too! Very creative puzzles, and the music in -EXIT-'s secret area was epic! Awesome!

EPIC! :D New Cool or Cruel video just made my day! Great ideas again, worldpeace, although yeah, it wasn't as hard as Forky, but it's still evil and puzzle-ish. I'd never think a Flopping Cheep-Cheep would be ever useful lol.
And the secret after the boss area made me :O. The music is so freaking epic. Now you made me really curious what is beyond Makjang Quality...
Your work is really art. There's no denying it.
If not for these videos, no mortal human being would ever see these levels.
There isn't an "FFFFFFUUUUUU" image macro epic enough to properly portray just how batshit unbelievable difficult this is. It makes Battletoads look like a Sesame Street game for preschoolers.
I wonder how many strokes Cool or Cruel is responsible for.

A TAS is an acronym for "Tool Assisted Speedrun."
Whatever happened to this level and why was it omitted from the final? Looks pretty cool.
I have to ask. Where did the phrase makjang quality come from? I know its a running gag kinda thing but where'd it come from?
Haha ty now I remember. I actually remember that infamous floating platform water part where he left off before his PC crashed. Just didn't remember what it had been called. Ty :]
How does the music work? Do you make it with Mario sound files, or in midi?
Finally, I was wondering if exit was a level. Good job.
Stealth pun at 6:28. There's a clock that says "death." That must mean it's a 'DethKlok!'
If 2 player co-op is what leads to the "cool" world (Gnarly, Tubular, etc.) I'm wondering about where 13:35 onward leads. A mystery for the ages.
It's supposed to lead to the secret exit of the castle which unlocks the star road to the cool world.
Is this an idea for a crack pairing for a friend fiction?
That sounds really cool but wp is probably much busier than I am, so no guarantees. Just a random name I thought of: "Mario Must C|C Adventure". Also, there's probably not much of a chance of making youngsters cry since I read that you have to be able to beat your own level before uploading it, and if I made something as difficult as I Hate Masks or harder I don't think I could do it tool-less. I don't think I could make anything more diabolical than Item Abuse 3 even if I collabed.
That's cuz there is no way. Perfectly natural. I could turn on the game but that's it.

Also, thank you GOD for adding those lines around the "invisible" coin blocks. As a ProtonJon watcher, especially, I agree with using such methods to at least show a little respect to the player.

This level had a lot of parts that were just plain difficult. Nonetheless, it was very creative!

spikes are the same thing as munchers.
What was THAT? Is this a TAS? I mean, I swear I saw one of those saw things touch you, and several baseballs, and fireballs from the piranha plants. This level looks insanely difficult, but it's very creative. Nicely done. It would, at the very least, provide someone with a couple hours of hair-pulling frustration and fun.

I've seen harder. the first 2 segments (which is what I watched), with a lot of patience, even savestateless is possible
The secret is good ., but overall I', disappointed. There are any his brilliant traps anymore.
