SMW Hack - Cool Or Cruel (C | C) Stage 12 - Tubular

This stage is the arrangment of the original smw stage called "tubular". It features some projectiles, balloons, and the law of inertia which means your speed will be preserved at a moment when you get a balloon. SMW has a decent physics engine, huh?
