There are few more things you miss out without a pixel phone that alarms , DND sync as well. I feel this should work as it is not cross platform. Also the silicon scrap they give is very basic should be better for the price. Also Idk why it can't support reverse wireless charging via back of the phone. Also the button at the top should have the option to remap to something else
Great points! Yeah, the silicone strap is meh. I got the sport band with some credit I had and have really liked it. It would be cool to remap it because I rarely even remember it's there 😂
@@Everyday_Legends I ordered a few watch straps from Amazon, but I’ve noticed that the silicone ones aren’t great for my skin and tend to smell after a while, so they need regular cleaning. The DND sync feature was simple yet incredibly useful for me being able to just scroll down on my watch to silence notifications without taking out my phone is exactly what makes it a smart watch. I miss this feature. I had pixel phone B4 just recently shifted to nothing 2. The button design could also be improved as well. It’s barely clickable, and I think they should add two more buttons on either side of the crown (for up and down functions) and provide additional customization options. Like long press and double tap. Another improvement would be having the screen wake for a few seconds when receiving notifications since tilt-to-wake isn’t always reliable. I’d also prefer sapphire glass for durability and titanium for the body. It would be helpful to get a notification or buzz when the watch disconnects from the phone. Lastly, I’d love the ability to customize the icons in the pull-down tray. It’s these small refinements and improvements that would make a huge difference.
I have the PW3 45mm and so far I have enjoyed it as I get 4 days of battery life easily out of it. I don't use none of the fitness features as I find that gimmicky for personal reasons, but overall the watch has been outstanding. Almost as good as my Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Since the update on my pixel watch one it is a lot faster smoother and the battery lasts long. Although I'm not a power user, I can get 2 days out of my watch on one charge.
Yeah, I've been using the Galaxy watch Ultra for about a week now and I haven't been as impressed with the battery life...Google did a great job this year on their phones and watches 😎
I also am pleased with its workability w other phones within the Android ecosystem. I prefer my Pixel Watch 1st Gen. Am considering upgrading soon enough
It's basically just a tad slower, smaller (if you want the 45mm on the Watch 3), and not as bright. Other than that, it's a terrific watch still in 2024 and arguably 2025 😎 I made a video on it a little ago. I only upgraded because of the 45mm size on the 3.
Many reviewers have the data showing it is. I wouldn't let this be a deal breaker though. A smartwatch isn't only about fitness tracking. The Galaxy Watch Ultra, for example, is still an amazing watch regardless
I love my pixel 3 watch also. Better than sansung watch use it with my S23 Ultra, and have the 45mm version. Only miss out on auto unlock, can control my camera, as there are 2 on the app store that gives the camera control feature.
Great video finally a perspective from us normies. The pixel watch 3 45mm is perfect. And boy it might just be me but they need to go a bit bigger im already getting used to the 45mm
My biggest gripe is that fact that I can't easily use my old Pixel watch 2 and a 3 at the same time. That would solve my battery issue. I have a Samsung watch 7 and Ultra. Battery problems are not an issue as I always have one watch charged ready to go. I would have loved to use my old pixel watch 2 for sleep and then 45mm Pixel watch 3 as my daily driver. Huge miss for google right now.
Good on you for the Quantified Scientist shout out. I agree completely that his channel is very underrated.

I will have a review on the Galaxy Watch Ultra soon. I have been using it with my S24U 😎
@@Everyday_Legends Both are good smart watches and both serve a different purpose. I do like the 5 days of battery life on the Ultra though.
Samsung's Galaxy watches, including the Ultra, have notoriously inaccurate sensors.

Do u think the pixel watch 3 is better watch for accuracy and fitness ?

I got a shell/Screen protector. My watch is bulletproof
Best Android watch I have owned. Battery life is not the best
hopefully we can get a guaranteed 2-3 days of battery life with the 4! 😎

Yeah, they need to improve the battery life even more. It isn't a big issue for me, but I am sure it is for others. Thanks for watching 😎
I freaking love my galaxy watch ultra ❤
I am wearing mine right now, paired with my S24U. Review soon!
Fantastic watch!!
I don’t understand casse protector too. Some one put some on sapphire cristal display 😂😂😂😂😂
🤣
Hala Madrid ❤
