@@robertrobertJ honestly I think sos is one of the worst ones to react to first because you get more of a reaction if he starts low and in a normal singing range for males, then switches it up and goes off. With sos he starts high and sopranoy so it’s not as surprising when he goes higher.

Think this is the first time I've seen anyone reacting to this performance without knowing anything about Dimash, this is usually the song that surprises people after hearing a lot from him so this was great! Dimash doesn't do K-pop (or Q-pop) but he is so versatile, sings in so many languages, genres and blends genres so I'm pretty sure there is a Dimash song out there that you'll love too.

It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 6-7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe! He also sings in about 12 languages and speaks 3 so far. He is born in May 24 1994. Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and approved to start his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. I'm a huge fan of Chen's voice as an exol, but what Dimash can do, wow, he's one of the best singers in the world and the whole world is starting to fight for him. If you think that this performance was 100% of him, you are very wrong, it was not even half of it. He doesn't sing typical pop music, he is definitely different from this genre, but his voice makes me love everything he sings. He comes from Kazakhstan and if I'm not mistaken he took part in a Chinese music competition. She sings in several languages. He can sing from D2 to D8 if im not wrong, he has wide vocal range, trust me. Kazakh languahe its difficult to follow (i study this already 2 years and still know nothing)

Dimash sings in many genres...classical, opera, pop-opera (popera), folk, world music and he can also rap. He speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, he is still learning Mandarin and English. I've heard him in Kazakh, Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese, Italian, French, Turkish and Ukrainian. (His wiki says 12 languages though.) He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. Hi ! Nice reaction. I think you should react to "screaming" the MV and his live performance "idol hits" are differents. It will be more your style and in English. 😁 Dimash does everything : pop, rock, folk , classical, opera and can raps also 😉
Music, especially great music, is a universal language. One doesn’t need to understand the spoken language of a song. With Dimash, you’ve merely scratched the tip of the iceberg. No other male singer in the world like him. This song is usually sung as a ‘gift’ for his audiences. After you’ve heard more of him, revisit this. You’ll have a better idea of it and of Dimash. No matter what genre one likes, Dimash and his music comes out on top. He sings in so many genres and he’s at least as good as those who are tops in them. Usually though, he’s better.

So any videos showing judges reacting to Dimash are fakes. Also videos from the World's Best shouldn't be reacted to because the producers didn't treat him right, and he was I'll, so his performance wasn't top notch, as it usually is.

I'm not into his music, but i appreciate his voice and capabilities and that's why i was checking him out on my free time, he was practicing in opera from young age and today he is one of the best singers in the whole world,and he is from Kazakhstan so his language sounds a bit as russian language, i can give you advice to react to dimash- the best voice in the world. Di is relatively more complex in his musical choices and loves a good ballad but moves between genres within each song. Good recommendations! I would guess she would probably enjoy these: the new year performance of Never Land is very fun and energetic dance song (in Dimash's yt channel, video lasts 2:31). Dimash is so complicated, hard to process, and his stuff are new that are never seen or done b4. So if you dont get hooked from the first song. That's understandable. It might takes you a year to get. Depends on how ur brain can fast process what you have heard. I would say there is at least 100 songs that are masterpiece on their own. Enjoy

Very interesting to see you being introduced to Dimash with a slightly unusual song. I especially like how you state your expectations before and your impressions after listening. And this is NOT the song I would choose to show someone who had never seen Dimash. I recommend SOS (which 90% starts with) or possibly Love is like a Dream or Love of Tired Swans. Then, for more fun and upbeat songs, I would say his recent Be With Me is really fun and unexpected. And of course, you can't skip his more classical style so Olimpico (also known as Ogni Pietra) is a must.

People will fight you online if you pronounce the wrong name, your fans will spend hours watching your videos, opening fan clubs around the world and leaving long comments on RUclips with the story of each song. They are obstinate and well prepared. My question was necessary at this point. What made these people so close to him, and what does he have that other artists don't?

His vocal range is incredible. Its length is 6 octaves and 5 semitones, ranging from a low A1 to an incredible D8.
Observing this, the highest note male record is an F # 8 and Dimash is only 3 semitones from him, I wonder if one day he would try to beat the record. Another thing that caught my attention, was the perfect pitch always impeccable .

I think the choice to sing in your native language was anything but casual. I believe that one of his goals is to increase the popularity and recognition of his country.

@@robertrobertJ honestly I think sos is one of the worst ones to react to first because you get more of a reaction if he starts low and in a normal singing range for males, then switches it up and goes off. With sos he starts high and sopranoy so it’s not as surprising when he goes higher.

Dimash doesn't do K-pop (or Q-pop) but he is so versatile, sings in so many languages, genres and blends genres so I'm pretty sure there is a Dimash song out there that you'll love too.

It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him.
Some info about Dimash. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 6-7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe! He also sings in about 12 languages and speaks 3 so far. He is born in May 24 1994.
Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and approved to start his PhD.
He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500.
Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside).
They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night.
Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to.

Gloria Wu's channel has the back-story about the song that is so sad and from a life story about a boy losing his parents in an awful way. Also you get to hear how Dimash sounds like then loosing his voice the day of the show!!! When he went on he didn’t know if he could sing. Looking close at the other contestants they where so worried about him. He lost his voice again after. Episode 10 : 'Unforgettable Day' In Kazakh and I think some translation in Chinese to. If I remember correct he wrote the music to this one when he was 17 or 19 years old and lyrics by Oral Baisengir, who was a poet/lyricist father of a friend of Dimash. Also in this show another contestant "Terry Lin" that was about 51 years young here he considered Dimash a dear friend at this point. But Dimash started telling them al he was his father around episode 9 I think!! That is a big respect and love from his part of the world to call him! Terry was gladly accepting it. They are still that close and also invites each other to there concerts and sometimes singing this song in duet to. They sang it in Jackie Chang movie festival in 2019 and Jackie was choked in how good they were. Terry was known as an alien before Dimash and they have similar vocals to.

He is from Kazakhstan, and he sings in Kazakh language. He actually can also speak Russian. He has a classic formal training, both of his parents are also very respected singers in Kazakhstan if im not mistaken.

I'm a huge fan of Chen's voice as an exol, but what Dimash can do, wow, he's one of the best singers in the world and the whole world is starting to fight for him. If you think that this performance was 100% of him, you are very wrong, it was not even half of it. He doesn't sing typical pop music, he is definitely different from this genre, but his voice makes me love everything he sings.

It handles all the vocal techniques, has a vocal range of 6 octaves and 9 semitones. So far he has sung in 12 languages. He is very versatile, his voice is unique today. Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.
Dimash is considered by many to be the best vocalist of our generation. All the women and many men fall in love with Dimash for his wonderful vocals and fantastic stage presence. Music, especially great music, is a universal language. One doesn’t need to understand the spoken language of a song. With Dimash, you’ve merely scratched the tip of the iceberg. No other male singer in the world like him.
This song is usually sung as a ‘gift’ for his audiences. After you’ve heard more of him, revisit this. You’ll have a better idea of it and of Dimash. No matter what genre one likes, Dimash and his music comes out on top. He sings in so many genres and he’s at least as good as those who are tops in them. Usually though, he’s better.

Oh two other things.
He has never been on AGT, The Voice, or X-Factor. He has only been on Singer so far, since 2017(and World's Best, more on that below) . So any videos showing judges reacting to Dimash are fakes. Also videos from the World's Best shouldn't be reacted to because the producers didn't treat him right, and he was I'll, so his performance wasn't top notch, as it usually is.

He is from Kazakhstan and has trained since he was like 5 years old. He has over 6 octaves range. He sings any genres; pop, opera, folk, jazz, etc. If you like his high-pitch note, you can check his Opera 2, Ogni Pietra (from Igor Krutoy's channel), Adagio, Diva Dance, Screaming Idol Hits.
His others songs; SOS Slavic Bazaar, Sinful Passion, Love is Like a Dream, Love of the Tired Swans are also dope. His songs all are great to be honest 😂

Dimash is a vocal god. SoS and Sinful Passion are better ones to judge him by. or Adagio and Olympico
I'm not into his music, but i appreciate his voice and capabilities and that's why i was checking him out on my free time, he was practicing in opera from young age and today he is one of the best singers in the whole world,and he is from Kazakhstan so his language sounds a bit as russian language, i can give you advice to react to dimash- the best voice in the world. Dimash kudaibergenov-opera 2 it was really impressive, and react please as well to all by myself by him(it's a cover but it's so good)
This was probably not the best "welcome to Dimash" choice if you prefer more energetic and happier songs. I am also a fan Kpop. Di is relatively more complex in his musical choices and loves a good ballad but moves between genres within each song. He strives to combine genres in his arrangements making them very unique and intriguing.

Good recommendations! I would guess she would probably enjoy these: the new year performance of Never Land is very fun and energetic dance song (in Dimash's yt channel, video lasts 2:31). Dimash is so complicated, hard to process, and his stuff are new that are never seen or done b4. So if you dont get hooked from the first song. That's understandable. It might takes you a year to get. Depends on how ur brain can fast process what you have heard. I would say there is at least 100 songs that are masterpiece on their own. Enjoy

You Should definitely listen to Autumn Strong. It's a song that won him multiple awards in china including "Best Asian Singer" award.
Very interesting to see you being introduced to Dimash with a slightly unusual song. I especially like how you state your expectations before and your impressions after listening. And this is NOT the song I would choose to show someone who had never seen Dimash. I recommend SOS (which 90% starts with) or possibly Love is like a Dream or Love of Tired Swans. Then, for more fun and upbeat songs, I would say his recent Be With Me is really fun and unexpected. And of course, you can't skip his more classical style so Olimpico (also known as Ogni Pietra) is a must.

I realized.. the reaction of vocal coaches, singers, music students and casual audiences who are not affiliated with music are so different. Not in a bad way though, just got surprised that there's people who actually is underwhelmed by THE Dimash.
