Good news! I decided to commit to vocal warming up for 1 whole month without any day offs! By July 21st am gonna see if I increase my range by 4 notes to C#5! So far, on my first day I increased it to A#4 so far! Wish me good luck!

I'd love to hear your thoughts on diaphragmatic vibrato v. a vocal fold vibrato. I seem to do both at the same time in my tessitura, which I find strange.

Vibrato pitches up and down rapidly. When you are already at the lowest pitch you can sing, you cannot pitch down anymore, therefore you cannot sing vibrato. Same reasoning applies to high notes.

Do you have exercises to control the vibrato speed or is that something that is inherent in different voices?

Vibrato speed does vary from voice to voice. If you want to slow, more open vowels can help. To speed, more narrow vowels may work.
