Thank you for this! I've gained 60lbs twice and I'm well on my way with #3. It's depressing. I feel so out of control of myself and usually I don't eat like this.
I’ve gained almost 40 at 32 weeks. I’m tall but still shocking for someone balanced in lifestyle but it is what it is! Just listen and the body knows what to do 💚
I totally feel ya, it's really hard for me it was all hormone weight and there was nothing I could do about it but I had to control my diet and gain as little as possible it was frustrating and hard but of course worth it in the end! Wishing you all the best!!
My Jewish Mommy Life thanks and you too!!! Some people just need different things. I am a personal trainer and work in public health. The rigid guidelines we set for people to fit in are just silly. The body knows best but yes I get monitoring and doing your best can be frustrating too. Thank you and same to you!!
Sadly, with my son, I gained 60lbs by the end of it because I was so bloated. The 1st trimester, I barely gained 5lbs bc of the nausea. The rest of it came on when I started eating out of boredom bc I was told I couldn't do any of my normal exercise activities. At 3 years post, I have only managed to get off 25lbs due to lack of time. It kinda sucks cause I looked my prebaby clothes and get sad.
Thank you I needed this 🥺. I gained 40lbs and I’ve been feeling really crappy. I’m due next week and look fwd to getting back in shape.

How much did your baby weigh when it was born?
