The reason for the high ratings are due to the fact that EA and Sega Sports used different scales; the 2k series went off of players real life 40, 3 cone drill, 225 bench press reps, and vertical to attribute physical skills, as well as average veloicity to determine pass strength, so EA just did things based off the eye test, which is why everyone is rated so much higher.

Bruh, the "jukes" were on L2/LT and R2/RT, and the "stiff arms" were L1/LB and R1/RB respectively., so, yeah, 2K5 had juke moves; it had more moves and features than Madden has ever had IMO. EA robbed Sega.
Also to note, on the Xbox version of the game, you could Literally cut clips of your own music from the Xbox internal hard drive to play as your own custom music clips for touchdowns, first downs, field goals, etc., etc., Even the for the opening game presentation!

Im sooo disappointed they didnt continue with All Pro 2k8. Greatest gameplay by far in any football game. They could of added more legends, updated graphics, franchise mode, crib mode and other modes, along with DEEP customization and a new set of announcers. They missed a GOLDEN oppurtunity
