    What surprised me isnt his speed. Thats natural ability. What surprises me is the fact that he became one of the better route runners in the nfl, hes a decent blocker, and he makes an impact in other areas of the game. Most burners pretty much ran 2 or 3 routes over and over. He still would have a nice career even doing this, but he wanted to be the best instead. Dude is a special player that has that something extra in the mentality department thats lacking in the rest of us (most other nfl players included).

    I was loving this until Tyreek said @16:32. This is why the rest of the world stereotypes Americans as ignorant and arrogant. NFL, aka American football, is a North American sport(NOT WORLD WIDE). As an American, and as a football fan myself, we need to stop calling our superbowl championship team winner as "Superbowl World Champ" ok.
    ⚽️ is a worldwide sport known by the rest of the world as FUTBOL meanwhile, our North American sport, where we throw an oblong shape ball by hand and catch it by hands -- we called that as "FOOTBALL" whereas a ⚽️ round ball run with the foot, control by the foot, and kick by foot -- we called that as "SOCCER". Let that sink in.

      @BassLife-o3o but anyhow the potential to run an sub 9 sec 100m is there for sure. Maybe bolts kids have a chance I only ran a 10.52 as a pole vaulter. And I can tell you that’s all she wrote for me. I don’t think my legs and muscles could possibly go faster but I know with the right training someone will go sub 9 eventually.

    • @HeidiFegles
      @HeidiFegles 4 месяца назад

      @BassLife-o3o start bounding. And then bound doing a sled pull. Do 3-5 times a week depending on how sore you are. After 1 year you will be in the 4s I went from 11.05 100m did this workout I mention and after 8 months of training running hills and sled pulling, then recovery ran a 10.52 100m all starts with good bounding and foot contacts. This is straight from a d1 program aka huskies track and field. After 4 years you will be a beast. But also don’t get stress fracture over doing it on the sled pull like I did. You got it

    • @HeidiFegles
      @HeidiFegles 4 месяца назад

      @BassLife-o3o hell ya. Your at a time when you will benifite greatly from it. And being young should recover fast. Also focus on keeping those knees up and toes up like the track guys do. Which track will help your speed as well. Go ask the triple jumpers for advice on bounding. And the sprints will literally fall in place once you can bound perfectly. And if your serious about football, I’d run track so they know your serious. Plus all the fast guys like tyreek ran track as well. No coincidence there.

    Why does the saying look in the mirror use to be used as saying for go look at the truth. Now mass deception doesn’t even want you trusting the mirror. The devil wishes to destroy not only your relationship with others but also how you see yourself. As you are now not as you wish to be.
