xactly!!!! chester wld love mike's new music♥
He is so skilled, his soul is so deeply seeded with his music. Such an inspiration.
Matthew Hamburger Totally agree!
The girl behind is the only true MS LP fan
iHAK X Unfortunately, you're right, guy... And it makes me cry..
Another Light Mike deserves much more than this
iHAK X I thought the same thing! Love that girl!
Heather Levy me too ! LP forever 🤘🏻
So true... awesome work Mike, I can't even imagine how hard being there must 've been....amazing the mashup of waiting for the end/where'd you go
This killed me. He's so brave to go alone out there... I cried the entire show.
And idk about the crowd, they appear to be lame but thinking of me being there I think I would've sobbed all the time without having the power to cheer.
While he played in the end and I couldn't hear the crowd, just silence I felt somehow that this is how it's supposed to be. Somebody is missing and nobody in the world can replace him. That's what that silence symbolized for me (although probably the crowd was literally lame at that point).
I miss Chester so much, I'm 29 now and I've grown up with these guys, I had a very hard life in those times when Hybrid Theory and Meteora arrived- big health problems, being bullied in school- and those lyrics made me think I'm not alone and I have to fight and never give up. I'm a doctor now and those albums are a part of me that has crashed in pieces the moment I heard Chester is not here anymore.
I love how Mike tries to make a connection with everybody, I bet he missed so much singing his parts from songs like papercut and bleed it out. He needs support and he also needs to get out there, sing, make his art known because he's an artist, this is what he knows how to do and he does it so well. I love you Mike, be good and please don't let life break you down.
Love,
Alexandra from Bucharest- Romania- Eastern Europe.
Alexandra you're absolutely right..also a romanian here😊
Not literally. He is amazing
Similar story. Stay strong and take care!
I was there and my section was singing as loud as they could but the acoustics in the round are such that the voice of the audience gets killed. It was so much louder live. :/ && What you cant see is that there are people DYING to get to the floor that the security is blocking from accessing the concert.
You need to to learn the the definition of literally
Heard about mumble rap? This is humble rap. Love you Mike!
DjDarkD it’s funny that the mumble rappers they need to have their vocals on the songs because they can’t remember wat they even said in the songs 😂😂
this the true rap its not like the others rap ex (a$ap rocky etc)
This man is so underrated as an artist: considering is status after Chester passed away, he's delivering some really good music to us
He deserves all the love in the world ❤️
WOW!!!! Such a great performance!!!! I loved the mix between the Linkin Park songs, Fort Minor songs and Mike Shinoda's new stuff!!!!! Awesome!!!! Keep on like that man!!!!
shout out to the girl in the back with thte yellow tshirt on knowing every single word
Like a boss. I can hear Chester behind everything he does. This guy has it going on. Shinoda the champion.
That girl behind Mike is only the #LPSoldier present there♥♥♥
Vaishnavi Kulkarni 👍
Yeah, everyone else are dead...
Great stuff, can't wait to hear the Post Traumatic album.
In the end.... the FEELS!
I love that most of the comments are about how dead the crowd is but 99% of these people are saying they are from other parts of the world and weren't actually there. Take it from someone who was actually up front and five feet away from Mike that the crowd knew the lyrics to the songs including myself, but if you showed up early to be at the front of the actual stage that every other band played on you were out of luck because he switched it up and had this make shift stage put together on a different side of the pit, that's why he walked down the stairs where the audience was sitting. So most of these people were already back there to “chill in the back” and watch the other bands without getting to close so they ended up right in front of him and probably didn't know him. It kinda explains all the phones being out too.....worked out perfect for me though.
The girl next to the guy with the t shirt of California is a great fan of Mike :3
Karlos Doe Unfortunately she was on the wrong side so I bet Mike barely saw her.
Where ?
VerplantesMaedel Right behind the wall, on the right side of the stairs, singing almost all the lyrics and occasionally filming. I was literally looking at her thinking to myself "pfff, wanna play the fan game? Come at me!"
Fairy C Rat well, I’ll play too. Come and get me xD
you mean the girl in the front row next to the guy in the white blink 182 shirt?
Mike did AMAZING...but I'm so disappointed with the crowd. They look dead
agate b. Yeah.. You're right..
They are dead
They look a bit dead. But don't forget that there are no mics recording the audience. you only hear them from Mike's mic. so I think they are probably a lot more excited then it seems here.
Vincent L Fr I was there and everyone on the floor was singing their fuckin heart out
Vincent L true
I have more respect for mike. He's really grinding now since chester has passed. Trying to retain the legacy of linkin park and chesters memory.
Mike is the Logic of my generation
Chester where are you? come back please love you miss you?
Ольга Бондаренко He was there proud of Mike.
I'll listen to Mike singing Chester's lines all day rather than anyone stepping in
ncherney84 Definitely!
All we got left of LP ♥
Crying while watching it
Ross Leroy Cassidy we still got the other 5 guys. Linkin Park will continue on, and Chester would want us to move on. We can't dwell on Chesters passing forever. I can't blame each of the guys doing their own things currently, they each need their space to accept what happened. They're a family and they'll get through this, we'll all get through this together
6:56, 15:20, 19:47.... Shivers down my spine...looped it so many times you can just hear his pain in his voice, that nothingness behind that smile...so heartbreakingly beautiful ♥️
He played where’d you go. Damn its been 13 years since first time i heard that song.
On the song "over again" I realized that I look at Mike, and in my eyes I have tears... Nothing can change what happened... I feel very sorry for Mike and the guys from LP, because they really put their whole life into it...
Thats why he said it was the hardeest part.
What a brave, genuine and strong man!
Why are they sitting on their seads? He's great! Give some respect you guys when Mike comes to you. It's so hard for him, but he's a fighter. help him up you, SOLDIERS!!!
Mike is just a remarkable human being. His attitude, strength and just being a really lovely guy. Damn he's strong.
That crowd pissed me off big time. Go back 15-20 years. You would have had a crowd with their hearts beating loud, tears down their face and sweat rolling down their forehead. Now you have 400 apple logos :/
I love you Mike Shinoda thank you for spilling out your guts. Mike Shinoda for life .
When you see yourself in the crowd 😭 It was a great performance Mike despite him crying
Dude... I completely lost it during In The End... thanks for not giving up Mike, we love you
My favorite one is Over Again 😭😭😭❤❤
Frayer4Life 1961 agreed
Mike is a very talented individual
this boy is really good, yes you can Mike
Anyone else concerned about how many people are holding their phones up? I feel like we're living in an episode of Black Mirrors... More importantly, though, really glad to see that Mike's still performing. Must be so hard for him. That "Where'd You Go" chorus...
Worst crowd. Please people, witness the experience with your eyes, not through a lens. Performances like this will create memories that will last a life time; you don't need the footage. Plus, someone else will record it and post online anyway. Just enjoy the show, rock out with 2 fists in the air.
A legend: Mike Shinoda. Chester is watching you.
Thanks M.Shinoda
The new papercut version is just so awesome
So many people on there phones....come on LP fam. 🙌❤️ Live in the moment
He's so under-rated, it kinda hurts
Thank you so much for recording this. It means so much to me, thank you again ❣❣
You're welcome Emie! :)
WAITING FOR THE END 😍😍😍😍😍😍😭😭😭😭😭😭
Chester is definitely proud I can hear the hurt in Mikes voice ... I'm sitting here crying ... Rip Chester
Anyone else think of Chester when he was singing Where'd you go? 😢❤
Frayer4Life 1961 i was thinking about Chester the whole time. So was Mike.
Love his music.. Miss chester... Them 2 made great music.. I know he will do well solo.. Still a fan...
This ppl from LA don't deserve Mike Shinoda.
Mike is awesome ❤️
Thanks for posting! Maybe this is horrible of me, but after the album releases, I hope he adds more from PT and less LP since its a solo show without the band. He's making Chester proud by getting back up on that stage!
Heather Levy I think he will add more PT after releasing it.
Wow!!!! well done!! Mike...🙏🙏🙏
Chester is Chester... we are sooo miss you. 😧😧😧😧😧
The second it got to 'the sun goes down' I fucking lost it. So powerful, and Chester's absence has never felt so deafening. My heart broke for Mike right there.
THANK YOU.
That girl makes me happy. True fan.
The legend rap Mike Shinoda
That crowd is horrible... wish I was there omg. LOVE HIS VOICE, TALENT, and Dedication!! Can’t wait for his upcoming album
Mike you are a legend. To go up there on your own and bring the same energy you always do was amazing. Your voice is an instrument and your talents are unmatchable. Grew up listening to you and I'd love to stay hearing you drop albums. # MIKESHINODAATRUELEGENDINROCK
Goosebumps the entire time. Hey, thanks so much for sharing this with us. I'm on the east coast and happy I got to witness this. #makechesterproud
I LOVED ALL OF THIS
The way he performs lp songs all by himself is just amazing. ❤️
All love to Mike Shindoda. He is truly making Chester proud ❤❤ I love the new solo stuff as well as the LP integration. This guy is so talented. I can't wait to see what the future holds
Waiting for the end to come/ where'd you go mashup instantly made me cry! Wow....never found myself cry that fast. MakeChesterProud Everyone! A life lost is a voice in heaven and a memory in our minds and heart
I feel like Mike's put words to how I've felt all these months. He's really pouring his heart into these lyrics.
Over again, such a good song.
Wow in the end brakes my heart......thank you Mike for keeping all the beautiful memories about Chester. Thank you for your music. I miss Chester so much 💔💔💔💔😭😭😭
Mike Just want you to know you are loved and today was your day. I know it wasn't easy . I was counting the days till this solo show Thanks for sharing your love for what you do. I am from Wisconsin . Thanks Danny.
This is a strong set by Mike. Strong, despite what people might say. For a show with this much emotion in it for Mike, I'm glad he called out that they were weak as fuck. As an artist, Mike is handling the loss of Chester and his dynamic very well. Stylistically he has reworked these older songs to mean something new and fresh again, which not everybody can accomplish.
thanks Mike!!
Man, after all these months... "in the end" this time got to me. Chester you are terribly missed.
Where'd you go hit me in the guts
:(
The crowd sucks lol
Sergey Buiko were they watching a tennis match? Worst crowd ever 🤦♀️
When you’re at a festival type show like that you get a lot of people who don’t know or like the artist on stage. But when he’s at his own shows the crowd will be going mental!!
Who doesn't know or like Mike Shinoda tho :)
The only thing they did was filming, literally everone had the phone out xD
The guy right behind him with those kids singing along (2 seats down from the girl who sang every word) was clearly there just to supervise his kids but looked so bored. 😂
Man this awesome!!!
smiling so hard that my tears don't know where to fall....
I love Mike, and I feel sorry for him.
This crowd sucks. It's hard for him without Chester. And the atmosphere is as if something is missing
I wonder if his heart jumped when he began doing Chester's lines... there's no way that was easy.
Man my heart breaks for him.😥
good on him. He will find his new path.
You can do it mike. LP forever.
I love that good good bye and bleed it out cross over good shit Mike makin Chester Proud
At in the end part..it was so touching...
I feel like he was put back to where he was after Chester passed when he was singing „Over Again“.
Great performance, love you Mike!
Crossing the line and REMEMBER THE NAME was amazing
That was so importand for Mike Shinoda, and the crewmembers
I will thank You every day
That was, for sure not so easy, but You have lost one of so an hard rock in Youre heart
Thank You again Mr. Mike Shinoda
You, and youre helpers (friends/team-members/planer/...) have did so much work
Thank You one time more
VERY EMOTIONAL!!!!
Hearing In The End with Chester is still so hard. Never going to be the same man :(
I so admire his strength AND still TOTALLY under rated as an MC. Much love Mike, Peace fam!
Dame love crossing line shows all mikes skills gutair singing what can't this man do
Wasn’t there but bumping this at work this morning on break .and this 1st one was bad ass , gonna check the rest later . Good shit
Thanks man
Great job dont u give up man
Mike! We will always have your back! Yours and for the rest of the guys! Keep it up, you were great!
I love Mike so much!
THANK YOU SO MUCH MIKE
I love how on 33:20 they literally have to pull Mike out of the crowd
And then he goes right back into the crowd!
TomeSpecter YES.He's gotten so used to that over the years that he just jumps right back up😂😍
Fucking idiot security. They do the same thing at hundreds of shows a year. You would have thought they would learn that when someone jumps off the stage with a microphone they might just be in the band.
Matt Fry they're not stupid they know what they're doing. It's their job to pull him out of the crowd so that he stays safe😉(sometimes crowds get wild ya know😂😂)
Awesome show. Wish I would've been there. Can't wait for the album. Love you Mike!
I’m so proud of mike because that man just 10 months ago was told one of the worst pieces of news anyone ever has to hear and to see where he is now is honestly so inspiring just seeing music and the video to seeing him perform it has been such a journey
Mike loved it! much! It was perfect, it sure was your best! It becomes so difficult to hear yourself alone.
Post Traumatic will be epic!
thank you mike♥
F*ck needing their blessing! Do your thing Mike! We love you!!
Thanks Danny for uploading this video
You’re a legend, Mike!
