Going on escape in March to Bermuda out of NY.. wonder if outside stuff will be open?

Def will be open. Just depends on your tolerance to be out there. I sail out in the winter a lot. The hot tubs are awesome and warm

Do NCL ships,have cooking class activities like Royal has (we did the Sushi class on Oasis of the Seas, which was great and the Cupcake class, which was Terrible!)??

Sometimes. But they have an amazing wine program with lots of tastings.
