Can't wait to get my new mower and plow an inch of snow.
I live in wyoming and dont worry about even plowing until we get at least 8 inches.
That's what she said
What happens after 8” of snow? If you do not get out there until 10”+ are you screwed??? You also do not have chains, do you think a slight incline would require them???
Maybe he does his neighbors drives for them and charges $20 a pop to pay for the equipment.
@@grahamkmiller Ah, another man of culture.
Thank you for reminding me of why I left the north for Georgia 30 years ago!
I'm glad I live in Houston, TX. Nothing to worry about here except a hurricane every ten years and perpetual flooding.
Very cool! Sure as heck beats a shovel! Stay warm, you two! Happy November!
Nice setup Mark... I've always liked a zero-turn with a plow on the front Has many useful applications I believe..👍🇺🇸
Just put a plow on my stand on zero turn! Sidewalk unit for my commercial complexes.
Well!!! This video answers my question!!! Thanks for the video, pal.
This is awesome Mark. I have to come up with a mower plow system too. Great video!
the burn outs are awesome just bought a gravely zt hd 52
Killer" boots Mark, not bad for the first time out plowing. Lol
Great video
Nice little setup for tight areas.👍
Works pretty well , that’s a big power shovel.
Surprised they started 😝
Holy carp Mark!
Well we are not ready for that at all here in Maine!
We had another round of high winds and widespread power outages this a.m. .. that's the second time this fall.
Add some ice and snow atop the winds and this could be a tough winter
It's 64 degrees out here though now!!
Cool plow , I must say I had never seen a Zero Turn with a plow , but that is an able looking rig!
We are not ready either, our fall cleanup season lasted 3 days.
I never seen a plow on a Zero Turn before. That's sweet Mark. BTW How many times were you tempted to engage the mower? lol
Last time I watched a video of someone shoveling snow, their neighbor shot them.
Here in Montana I started plowing a month ago...but believe me, I'm not bragging...I'm crying!!
I don’t really like winters to much anymore since our summers are so short anymore.
I hear ya...I'm all for this global warming stuff!! Lol!!
that looks cool, and Mark, it looked like you had fun in doing that. Nice!
Most fun I’ve had plowing snow in a long time
my grandma could have just swept that snow with a broom
"testing the new setup"
You're welcome.
what fun is that?
I know guys that have snowblowers for their walker zero turns they work very well it’s slot of wear and tear on them but they get the job done
I like to see him do that with 8 to 10” of snow. Those front wheels won’t cut it
Most likely going to use plow truck if there that amount of snow.
You'd be surprised
It has arrived for you, we just got some sleet this morning.
Vicki told me to go try out the new plow on the driveway she figured you would like the video.
Marks Misfit World yes I did, thank you Vicki. The plow seemed to do a very good job, and I was surprised you had that, it’s quick like cutting grass. 😎❄️☃️
Already snowing where you are I live in Maine to I have none right now it came so fast!!!
Snow came way early this year. Didn’t get any leaf cleanup done
Need to put a cab on that thing. Lol 🤗
That is a cool attachment. 👍
All I can say is "Tire Chains"!
They will be coming soon. Just have to get around to ordering them
That looked like fun!
It was fun
With two 4x4 trucks and a short driveway its not worth buying a snow plow for the mower. My driveway is 375 ft long and up hill, I don't even bother turning on the mower till at least 6-8 inches snow, and I drive a Dodge 1500 4x4 and an AWD Dodge Journey up it OK. Up date 11/31/2020 10inches snow on the driveway today, never even bothered clearing it, just drove the Journey AWD no problem.
Wow! you guys are in the snow already, that plow on the mower is real nice. will you be mowing any more this year?
It isn’t looking good for us, our leaf cleanup season lasted 3 days this year so far.
Wow and here I was complaining about it being 60 as a high this morning in Georgia.
I’ve been in landscaping for too long however never seen a plow on a zero turn....? Seen blowers on the front never used one. How does that do in six inches or so? Thanks! Special order for your scag?
Special modification for the Scag. Don’t know how it is going to work in deeper snow yet.
I would have liked it if you would have at least said hi, happy birthday, or something. BTW that looks like the same size plow I use on my Sportsman 850. That's what I plowed the driveway with when I was in South Dakota. Need to get my tracks back on.
I guess I should of got a close up to my face. I was smiling the whole time. Got to believe this was the most fun I have had plowing snow in a long time.
@@Marksmisfitworld I know how you feel. When I got home from work I would ask one of the guys I worked with to take my lunch box in and I would hop on the 4 wheeler and start plowing. I really liked that job.
That’s going slow down leaf cleanups for awhile!
We are pretty much done for the season now. Leaf season lasted 3 days this year.
Looks like fun:) !!
It was lots of fun
what plow set up you using on the SCAG?
Can you please tell me the make of the plow and whether or not it is universal for zero turns? I have a bad boy ZT avenger 54” and like how your plow worked.
I modified a garden tractor plow to work on my zero turn.
Very cool, i been thinking about doing that myself. Do you think it will need tire chains when it gets colder and icey? I see your from Alpena, i am in southeast mi.
Yes it will need tire chains to keep is from spinning. Not sure how much scratches and gouges in the concrete the tire chains will leave in the concrete with the sharp turns though. There is a video being released at 10am mounting the plow.
I’d say hold my beer and watch this, but it is so over used....
Instead..here, hold my hot coffee and be prepared to be amazed...
Nice set up tho
😂 Donuts for the RUclips
That looks like it works well 👍🏻 Mark you have any info on the Plow and where to buy.
I bought it on FB market place used and fabricated it to fit that mower.
Any other surprises?
A skiff of snow isn't worth messing with
Skiff of snow is a good test for a new piece of equipment
slobberpuss You’d rather leave it so it turns to ice?
@@MisterTwister88 yep. Exactly. Better to maintain the driveway then wait till it's solid ice. Although I dislike these nuance snows a huge amount.
nothing here like that yet but I,am sure it won,t be long now.
How did you come up with the mounting bracket for the zero turn
Homeowner with to much money and it's no dam good if ya get 2ft of snow
How did u make the winch adapter
Thats a hell of a lot of $$$$$$ to spend for not much snow, couple of shovels and pay the neighbors kids $20 , Do you do commercial yard work with it. I JUST NOTICED HE HIS PLOWING A PARKING LOT.
Keep that up there with you we dont need that here in Metro Detroit area
We can share we are supposed to get another 6” tonight.
@@Marksmisfitworld No thank you
Ok Mark you didn't do a video on this little plow and where you got it. I want one now for my deere if its possible. That thing works great and you might want to get chains for them rear tires lol!
That video will be up tomorrow
Looking forward to that !!!
That wasn't even worth "plowing"
Yes it is when you’re trying out a new plow
Can i get this attachment on my Wright Stander Mower lol?
Just a little fabrication and you should be able to make anything work🙂
Can you email me a bit of how you did your attachment please and thank you?
No... just no..... keep the snow
Эмитация снега
Kinda lazy here , bad for your heart , little salt would do also, better take the broom , good for your health
This was a waste of time.
Wast of time
Daniel Looks like your English teacher wasted their time too.
Could make your video much better by not making us clean off your vehicles prior to plowing. Waste of my time. Thumbs down. Also. Where's the snow at to be plowing?
