HOW TO COOK:
Rub frozen butter into flour, mix lightly and add a glass of kefir, in which soda and salt were extinguished. The dough turns out to be very soft and airy. It needs to be frozen for an hour in the freezer. At this time, we make the filling - add potatoes, onions and spices to chopped meat or minced meat. It is better to bake such a pie in a high non-stick baking tray.
When the dough has come up, divide it into 2 parts 60/40. We roll out most of it into a rectangle and put it on a baking sheet, then a layer of filling and a second layer of dough. We twist the edges as we can. Make sure to make a hole in the center of the pie so that the pie is baked better. Attention - the height of your pie depends on the baking time of the pie, adjust it based on the characteristics of your oven. It took me 50 minutes at 180*.
