We are happy to support such videos. The electronics industry and especially the large electric motors require a lot of know-how. Such videos encourage the next generation of engineers to study the subject. We are currently building our own community on our channel. Anyone who wants to take part is cordially invited.

I did this right out of high school 1971 to 1974. $1.67 per hour I think. I did it all cut insulation, wound coils by hand and counted turns and inserted into the generators som of them over 4 feet in diameter. I was dept.. lead man when I left

Fabulous machines. Curious how the Chinese are able to insert the windings more efficiently during the manufacturing process (look in youtube for Chinese motor production). The TES' process looks very manual and laborious. The results are quite beautiful, though.

Seeing the places they were installed reminded me of where I last worked. Instead of using water to produce power, we moved water for environmental or flood control purposes. Mostly with Diesels but our medium size pump stations all had at least one electric motor driven main pump. All were 150 HP driving a 48 inch outlet pump. Those places were kept like you see in the video as we mopped down every Friday and swept down at the end of every shift. Places kept clean enough you could eat off of the floors.
