Perhaps do a sandwich of two layers being 0.2mm of TPU 0.2mm and a middle layer of 0.2mm Foam or perhaps a completely different material such as PETG which seems like a pretty "dead" material

Cool idea! I print a lot of TPU-PETG-TPU composites, so it’s definitely doable 👍 But I find I usually need at least 2 layers of TPU to form a structurally sound sheet… definitely worth experimenting with though 👍 Perhaps as a replacement to the existing PCB foam if it were to get a little thicker too - Thanks! ✌️

@@JakeReevesVideo Perhaps print it as a single plate sandwich without removing from bed before completion.

That’s what I do 👍 I’ve made a profile that can handle both materials - just pause to change filament at a layer transition

@@JakeReevesVideo Ahh yeah, you wrote exsactly that, my bad :)
Anyways, cool test, was surprised you had TPU in three different colors.

Thanks! I print a lot with TPU - watch straps and notebook covers (I have a video about my printed Rocketbook covers), so I usually have 8 colours or so on hand 👍 it’s a cool material
