I love Manu Ginobli, really really cool and nice person. I will never forget this story of me when I was a young kid (he was a rookie that year not well known) I went to a spurs home game (I am a Mavs fan from austin) wearing my Finley Jersey and I saw him sitting on the bench alone so I walked down and was trying to get his attention when a guard came up and blocked me and told me I could not disturb the players. He noticed, and waved the guard off allowing me to come behind the bench were he signed an autograph for me. He then pointed over to the local spurs broadcast team and both and told me to go there and I was able to get 2 more autographs which were Danny Ferry (well that has not aged well has it lol) and Sean Elliot (spurs icon). Very cool moment and to this day I am forever thankful for Manu allowing some young kid (who hated the spurs and was wearing a mavs jersey no less) to come near him and take some time out of his day before a game no less. Manu or family of manu if you are reading this somehow I just wanted to say thank you! The epitome of class and Manu was the one spurs player that I never hated when they played my mavs.

He was recently 2011 Six man of the year. He would decline a few year but could have been a solid controbutor back up PF or C until 2016 or 2017 at least.

Guys like Elton Brand, Baron Davis, Lamar Odom, Corey Maggette, and Andre Miller are the reason I'm a diehard Clippers fan. I've been a fan since those days.
Man, I always said that if only Kirilenko would have been born a few years earlier, the Jazz could have won or at least reached the finals a few more times, he was the perfect fit for Malone and Stockton that sadly arrived way too late.
Can you do a video on how good was Shawn Marion actually? As a Mavs fan I can't believe he never made an all defense team as he was good enough to win DPOY multiple times.
It’s unfortunate he didn’t play longer. If he kept focus and played consistently, AK 47 maybe could have joined marion in the 1,000+ blocks and 1,000+ steals in a career club, alongside Kevin Garnett, Karl Malone, and Hakeem Olajuwan
@@FrostedProductions don't pay attention to that guy he's just one of these guys that's trying to start an argument so he can have somebody to go back and forth with because he has no life.

Manu ginobili, Richard Hamilton, Steve Francis, baron davis, Lamar Odom, Shawn Marion,Ron artest,Andre Miller, Jason terry, AK 47, yeah this was a dope draft.
That 87 draft is probably the most underrated. David Robinson, Scottie Pippin, Reggie Miller, Kenny the jet, kevin Johnson, Horace Grant, Mugsy Bogues. That's 3 hall of hamers with like 14-15 championships just from those guys. There were others in this draft that are noticeable and won some also.
outside of Manu who was picked so low in the draft that it's kind of forgotten he even belongs to the class, there is no mega star, I think that's the reason. Soooo many solid and great players though, one of the deepest drafts ever.
Let’s not forget a lot player in that draft have rings too. S Marion, Lamar Odom, Ginobili, Rich Hamilton, James Posey, Ron Artes, Jason Terry, Devean George, John Celestand, Francisco Elson. This probably the only NBA draft class the NBA history that had more plenty champs in it.
Great video, I love the NBA. I have to agree that draft is top five definitely. Lots of those players were parts of great teams the one playing team basketball. Rip on the Pistons and mono 4 the Spurs really stick out. Time has moved on and those players are forgotten, except in the cities where they played. It would be nice to see a few of them eventually make the h.o.f. There really was a bunch of talent in that draft. Keep up the great content ⛹
Andre Miller is one of the most under rated players of all time. He was in Philly and led the league in assist to turnover ratio while being 3rd in assists per game. Then he got traded to Portland and came off the bench. This was the first time that I heard the broadcaster of the game say that Miller was more of a 2 guard than a point, which really confused me because being 3rd in assists per game and having the best assist to turnover ratio is pretty much the definition of what a point guard should be. That mislabel stuck with Miller for his entire career and it was like a script or something that every broadcaster said about Miller when he came into the game. Had Miller not been branded that way, and had he been a starting point guard over the course of his career, he would have had a hall of fame career.
Goddamn, Tim Duncan is such a likable dude.
