The way he can read Orchid like an open book 😂 I love it when dong fang is always mad with Orchid and Orchid even though she doesnt directly says that she likes dong fang, but she always make up to the lord 😂 they are the cutest ❤

He knows she would give it to jieli for her safety. As she is always looking after other people's well being. She's unbelievably kind and innocent. Hasn't he arrived she wouldn't have been died. That's why he was so angry. Because her kindness became her weakness. At this point it is painfully obvious that he like her.
What I love about this drama is that our protagonist is not someone who will destroy the love of life to save the world but destroy the world to save the love of life

I tried. I start & stop watching the series . Her baby-like voice is just so irritating to me. The baby doll persona does not work for me but I can listen to Dylan all day long.
Disappointingly, that's not his real voice either. But I'm with you on starting and stopping. I powered through because so many people love it, but there were sections of the show I didn't care for: the beginning with them in Shuiyuntian and the body swap episodes. I just wanted to see him be an all-powerful badass and for her to stop getting pushed around. Plus there was so much back and forth between them. I was relieved when she FINALLY decided to go all in and admitted to being in love with him in the 26th(!) episode. They got to be happy for a couple episodes, and then all the bs with them both trying to save each other by sacrificing themselves.
@@hpr2008 do you happen to know who did his voiceover? it irritates me that Cdramas default to using voiceovers so much but I'd like to give credit to whomever made DFQC sound badass lol
I love orchid voice and acting like a 14 year old girl or 18 year old fairy. When she became a Goddess she changed her voice and actions. Esther Yu is a great actress.
