Would like to see a demo of this unit. Also, my factory unit has terrible glare. Depending on the sun, I can't see a thing out of the rear camera when backing up. Do you have a demo video?

Hello, I bought the Awsafe V1 Plus and I can't get any sound through my speakers. My original rear view camera only comes on briefly and then goes off again. The black display then says “no signal”. Can you please help me? I drive A VW Passat B7 2014.

Does the oem back camera and also the oem bluetooth microphone connect to this unit and work?
I was able to install the head unit, things work fine except the factory backup camera and the auto lock feature when the car is put in gear or reverse. What's causing this?

Is the USB connector related to the steering wheel volume and phone controls? I installed an aftermarket head unit, but the model I purchased did not come with the USB connector and I have not been able to figure out a way to get the steering wheels controls to work. Any advice is appreciated!
