I just recently found Skipjack, Satellite Soundwave, Cliffjumper, and Topspin at retail from my local Canadian Walmart. Cliffjumpers vehicle mode is beautiful, and Topspin looks pretty cool, but it would have been nice to have Lowes painted on.
My old English Nana bought me Scourge for Christmas in 1986. I still have him and all his parts. Nana isn’t with us anymore but every time I look at this new Scourge I think of her. God bless all the English people who lived through the War and God blasts Sheffield. Peace from Vancouver, BC.

Considering wings kibble makes no sense just bc you saw it vehicle mode doesn’t make it any less cool same shit w the first ss vw bumblebee which arguably looks better with wings than the actual ultra clean CGI model
Overall, looks good, and is on my wish list. My only nitpicks are that the feet are pretty prominent in vehicle mode, and I feel like they could have added a couple panels to the underside to help cover the legs for a more streamlined look.
For me, he is perfect! I never had any Scourge figure. I cannot wair for him. Also very nice job putting the Matrix into Scourge's hand: you definitely know G1, this always warms my heart. ;)
Studio Series Scourge looks awesome! From head to toe in robot and space craft modes. So much like his G1 movie appearance. -And thank the Matrix that you had Earthrise Thundercracker side by side with his future self. -Even though Cyclonus is appearing in Kingdom, I'm pretty sure that he will appear again in Studio Series.
Really like that they are trying to make these figures less gappy but it would be nice if the kibble was removable like with Earthrise Arcee so you can decide if you want to display them with or without the extra parts. Anyone expecting perfect transformation/aesthetic at this scale is being unrealistic.
Hope we get a slight retool with a different head mold and maybe a smaller gun so we can have an official Sweep figure that's different enough from Scourge. If I recall there was a Legends retool of Scourge's Titan Master labeled Sweep, so that could be the basis for it.

it feels like a WFC Trilogy figure but glad we’re getting him. i suppose hasbro couldn’t fit all the charcters in the WFCT line so they placed them in the SS line as they are “movie” figures... well done as always bro 😀👍🏻
I just got mine, it's def a case of, "well they ain't gonna show up in wfc with Cyclones and Galvatron, soooo.... Studio series 86’ time!" That and Unicron, they had to do it.

The same why Hasbro did not release MP-36 on the US unlike other MP releases like Optimus, Soundwave, Bumblebee, etc. For the same reason there hasn't been an american reissue of the G1 Toy. And it all comes down to his infamous gun mode, which is why Hasbro has adopted a tank mode for whenever Megatron is portrayed in any modern media based on his G1 design (Combiner Wars, Devastation, WFC, Cyberverse)
I'm definitely getting this figure along with Cyclonus. I like flying bathtubes...I mean boats. I'm glad also that I got rid of the Titans Returns version. And I still like a lot the Generations stealth wing version.
I wasn't really feeling this one at first but seeing it in motion here it really looks great. I still wish he had a little more paint, maybe more pink accents in robot mode and a little more detailing in vehicle mode, but I suppose he's more animation accurate the way he is now.

Siege, Earthrise, Kingdom are my G1 goodness nostalgia trip. Sorta. I know this new War For Cybertron trilogy series is not exactly G1 but it's so close so why not say it's tied into it. I usually only collect the figures reminiscent from the 80s G1 season 1, 2, 3, 4 but i had a chance to get Doubledealer for 30 bucks so yep bought it and love that figure. Really excited for Scourge and the 86 movie studio series figures along with Kingdom Cyclonus and Galvatron. Might get 4 so i have Scourge and 3 Sweeps. They all look exactly alike so it will be a great display set in battle against the 86 movie Autobots and displayed together with the 86 movie Decepticons. Good time to be a collector. Nostalgia :)

I started collecting the SS 86 sub line a few weeks ago, and I've no trouble back sourcing all them off eBay and other places, except for this one... I can't find him listed anywhere under AU$120... I don't think they made enough of him, or he was more popular than anticipated.
I need to see him next to Kingdom Cyclonus. Don't pretend like you don't already have him! I'm really keen on the Studio Series stuff based on the 86 movie, but I just hope they don't look out of place next to the WFC figures, which are the main line I collect.
Only for this one time. Studio Series focuses on theatrical releases and TF:TM is a theatrical release. Scourge, Hot Rod, Kup, Jazz, the Dinobots, and a few others will be released in SS for the 35th anniversary of the original film. They'll return to live action toys, after. Stuff like this will always normally be released in the main CHUG line. This is just a special case is all.

Collecting all the Transformers 86 studio. Looks amazing and better than the earthrise and that says a lot. Studios seems like they have the quality in there studio series.
I own the Titanium Series Scourge, the CHUG Scourge and the POTP Scourge, now on that note, Scourge as a figure has always been a sort of ShellFormer except for the CHUG version which has a very different design and transformation. This one is also great and as far as having the traditional shoe ship form it has a more intricate transformation compared to the Titanium and POTP. That being said, I wouldn't mind adding this one cause it just looks awesome as well and he would be the perfect boss of my other Scourge figures, relegating them as pure Sweeps with individuality. Sucks that it will take me a freaking while before I can get any of these 86 S.S.
This figure definitely puts the Titans Returns figure to shame.
At least those figures can be used as Sweeps now!

This is a REALLY good looking figure, you can definitely see Takara’s hand in this.
