    280ml Pandan Water 班兰水
    120g Brown Sugar 褐糖
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    190g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
    200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
    2 tsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    Dried Shredded Coconut 干椰丝

    ★ Batter 面糊 ★
    120g Tapioca 木薯粉
    120g Plain Flour 中筋面粉
    3 Eggs 鸡蛋
    450ml Water 清水
    ½ Tsp Chicken Powder 鸡精粉
    1 Tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    2 Tbsp Scallions 青葱
    ★ Filling 馅料 ★
    3 Tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    30g Shallot Slices 红葱片
    20g Chopped Garlic 蒜末
    20g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    3 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
    250g Pork 豬肉切丝
    350g Yam Bean 沙葛
    1 Tbsp Fish Sauce 鱼露
    ¼ Tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
    ½ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    100ml Water 清水
    ½ Tsp Salt 盐
    *1 Tsp Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
    *1 Tbsp Water 清水

    哈哈,小时候也吃过这蛋粉巷 ;
    只是太久没吃了,也不知道它叫什么 ,
    有点像薄饼,皮比较厚,有点Q弹 ,比簿饼更美味 ,
    原来,它就足蛋粉卷。找到孩提时的味道 ,太感谢老师了。

    Mr Peter, May I confirm with you, whether you are using tapioca flour or Glutinous rice flour coz these two flours are different but your ingredients stated down 190 gm tapioca flour ??
