This conversation reminded me that the only reason I've ever thought having a couple channel on any social media platform would be a good thing would for the couple's own development - to see different sides of each other and to have conversations that might ordinarily be difficult or charged off camera. When Skhu said he enjoys these conversations with you because he sees a different side of you bendifun'ukumxhawula. What a union 🙏🏾🙌🏾
Of course we learn from these videos as the public, but I hope these chats edify and grow your relationship as much as, if not more than, how much they impact us.
Your friendship is my biggest takeaway from every video - serious or funny - that you record. May God bless you guys a hundredfold on this journey of marriage . ❤️

I think when someone has been hurt over and over again , they block out the pain. The truth is the abortion did cause a sort of resentment towards wanting kids and thats okay to admit that it is still a sore area per say, she needs time to accept that and heal slowly firstly by acceptance. Sku did a good thing by open a would that had been closed when it was not yet cleaned, helping her realise it and opening it up again so they clean it together

I am happy for your union, you compliment each other beautifully. I admire you guys.

I'm 35, raised by a single parent. Also had to help raise my baby brothers. Picked them up at creche and had to help look after them until my mom came back from work.
And also had to look after them on weekends. I loved them but felt forced in taking care of them.
I still am struggling to figure out why I don't have kids yet. But emotionally I'm not ready for that role and I'm running out of time.

I love the way you guys allow her to ask questions. When I was younger my uncle and his partner tried their best to explain things to me and I took that in so much because I had an explanation. When I did anything wrong, I would get asked if I knew why I was called and if I knew I would explain, if not it would be explained to me, I would be asked if I thought what I did was right-(in honesty not as a trap) and then it would be explained to me why what I did was wrong or not acceptable in public. If they felt it sera enough to discipline me physically I would be, but it was never extreme. If my uncle was too mad at what I did, he called a mediator. He was very young when he was left with us, under 20, so I think that influenced the way he went on to discipline us. I learnt my lessons definitely. I learnt well with clear reasoning and instructions and that type of parenting helped me feel loved and better understood in the home. I learnt to reflect and reason young and I cherish that dearly.

Lo "I don't know" ka sis Nozi actually hits home because at most times, we do know but we're just not ready to talk, avoiding the topic or are scared to open that can of worms. Vulnerability is something that we should practice & embrace which is something I learned from another couple (Mpoomy Ledwaba's channel). I like these types of conversations because a person is learning about marriage before getting married and while in the marriage. It's beautiful to watch!

What he meant about being the woman and her being the man, is that he tapped into his emotional, vulnerable and truthful part while she was being vague and logical like men do.
This was by far the most unexpected vulnerable conversation online. Knowing usisNozi she loves being authentic. I love that about her. She would breakdown and still post the video but she was just not ready to go that far with us as yet.
I love your heart. I admire both of you. I pray that you will find healing that will bring forth the fruits that only God blesses us with, no mistake can take that away His goodness from us.
You are made in perfect love sisNozi. "Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love."
    1 John 4:18
May you both experience His perfect love.🤗I'll be your babysitter🙋‍♀️Hopefully I qualify

I couldn't help myself but cry with you Nozi. You are blessed to have a lifetime partner like Skhu who touches on the uncomfortable conversations we tend to avoid sometimes. This is a person who will understand your vulnerability and the intimacy between the two of you is something no one else can break. The outcome of this is beautiful, you will see ❤️ May God continue to bless you both. Communication is key

There is a level of emotional aloofness that comes with women being independent. Women start to rationalise their emotions below what is logical and that is what I feel from most of them.
Women are also raised to think about other people more than themselves.
Its hard going through the emottional work to recalibrate because you are changing all that you know

What a needed conversation by some of us who are in the same situation. It’s crazy how Nozi is stating my exact concerns. Sometimes being in a relationship with that much age difference has it’s down sides and this has always been my stress from a long time back. Skhu is truly a blessing because you truly need a partner who will remind you that you need to put yourself first and make decisions for yourself first before bringing the next person in. Wisdom from this man is truly impeccable. I learn so much from you two and usually Skhu is that voice I constantly need to hear from a male perspective. Shuuu my mind is already partaking in a marathon of deep thoughts

You touched a topic that she never wanted to go deep on or talk about and I guess we saw another side of her 😭 "the people that we think are strong are not strong in some other topics and there are people that are very good at hiding certain scars" that hit home 💔

“Your reasons must never be attached to anyone else”. I felt that.
I love these raw and unfiltered conversations 🙌. Skhu is so wise and gentle. Conversations about having babies can be so sensitive and people take them lightly. The expectations and opinions from people can be tiring too.
