This is so AWESOME, I get to hear Jim doing it RAW.....LOVE IT....Thanks for sharing
WOW - this is awesome Sockman! Jim was one of my favourite singer/songwriters. I was only 12 y/o when he died but I still remember the acute pain and sorrow I felt when I heard the awful news. 40+ yrs later and I still love his voice, his songs, and quietly lament all the amazing music he wasn't able to create and share. Thanks for sharing this.
Wow just when I thought I had heard all of Jim's music I find this pot of gold. thanks for posting
This was like a present from that yesterday. Thank you whomever posted this from a seventies granny,so nice to hear new music from old friend. Thanks
Thanks for sharing this music
awesome home recordings of the legend jim croce he was a damm magic singer, love this he could tell a story well in this songs, cause the songs pretty much was about his life experences. just a shame he died so young in an awful plane crash. but he will always be remembered for his magic voice and acoustic guitar playing. what a singer.
Wonderful! I am only discovering all of Jim Croce's lesser known music now! Love it!
Thank you for sharing. It seems like I was sitting in his house....one good friend , one guitar.
This is awesome! OMG Jim Croce is such a great!
Jim Croce is a hidden musician who is easily compariable to the beatles or rolling stones or Bob Dylan. And honestly i think jim croce is the best IMO
This is a very interesting compilation because I think it actually gives a better account of the man's artistry than any of his studio albums. Fine as they are, I always felt they had too much additional instrumentation which wasn't only unnecessary but got in the way of Jim's performance. To this day I'd still like to hear his ABC albums remixed and without the strings in particular.
THANKS
Amazing album.
one of the greats rip Jim..............
jim croce and townes van zandt are two of my faves! two different styles, but i wish they could have collaborated!
Thank you.
