Ordered a pair. Excited to be a supporter of this technology. I agree that it seems like an iphone moment for Meta. I believe within the next year or so we will see a newer model with some kind of simple HUD like the Even Realities G1, it's kind of been hinted at by Boz from Meta.
Sorry for the delay - I made this video 3 weeks ago, but got super ill and hospitalized and now finally able to finish it up and publish. Lots of exciting announcements at Meta Connect - great to see the continued force and resources put into the ray-ban meta.. exciting!
@@ElevatedVehicles lol yeah good question! i'm living on a jungle island right now so it came through a cut on my foot that got infected most likely. lots of bearfoot walking and filming so now i know it could happen!
I agree with you 100%! This is an amazing product as you mentioned they still have some issues to iron out but I’m glad to see they increased the video time to 3 minutes. I started a RUclips channel and my content is made with the Rayban Meta Glasses only. I convert the files to 16:9 but wish they recorded in the horizontal mode naturally. Is there a way to stabilize the footage? I use CapCut to edit, it has a stabilization mode but it doesn’t seem to do a really good job helps a bit but not much. I wish there was a stabilization setting for these glasses and if there is, please let me know how to get to it, thanks.
So the cool thing I believe that they do have stabilization apply to the videos once they import from the glasses to your device This is software stabilization, but it works really well. A way you can see that this is what happens is when you viewing the video in the meta view app, before it is transferred to your phone - You can see that the video looks different than when it is in your phone. when there is shaking involved
@@techguyver1337 Hey there I appreciate your reply I was just wondering if there is a setting somewhere that you can set on the glasses app to adjust the stabilization? I don't think there is. It could be way better in my opinion. I don't see much of a difference when you transfer the files or edit the video in CapCut. Thanks

One of my bros has one. I want one so bad. But part of me feels like waiting to for an updated version or apple’s response to it
i wouldn't wait, it's already worth it and apple hasn't even launched yet. you can always sell it after if you want to switch
Have used it for a week.. lot of promise. Future is indeed great. Agree about the ‘iPhone moment’ analogy.
